Mia D. Earl is a Natural Health Wellness and Reflexology Practitioner. Mia completed her Ph.D. in Natural Health June 2009. She has a Master’s in Public Health: Community Health Education from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and is a Certified Health Education Specialist.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in program management & implementation, counseling, wellness, preventive health and managed care. She has devoted time to many community projects and speaking engagements with agencies such as the Friends for Life, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, LeBonheur Center for Children and Parents, Girl Scout Council of the Mid-South, The Church Health Center, Carin’ and Sharin’ Breast Cancer Support Group, Hope House, The Arkwings Foundation, Reflexology Association of America, churches, and other local businesses and national professional organizations. Mia has served as President of the Reflexology Association of America (RAA).
With about 20 years in corporate America, after dealing with the politics and elimination of her position, she decided to step out on Faith and open her own practice. Mia D. Earl currently owns and operates Abundant Life Wellness Solutions where she incorporates wellness education, coaching, reflexology, and the Be Well Boutique (cutting-edge herbal nutritionals & wellness products). It is her desire that every person reaches their maximum health potential and be pain free.
Mia’s contagious passion for reflexology translates exponentially in her sessions. Sessions are peacefully therapeutic, stress reducing and energetically powerful at the same time. She has certainly found her bliss and her clients reap the extraordinary benefits. Mia also is the founder of Sisters Sowing Seeds. Sisters Sowing Seeds™ (SSS) was birthed planting seeds of love, hope, trust, kindness and support to create fertile soil so women may heal and not return to an abusive environment, allowing women a safe environment to share and be heard.

Tacarra Hodges was given the name “Swagologist” by one of her customers in Chattanooga TN, where she started her personal shopping busines in 2012. The name is a reflection of her extraordinary ability to style clients from the inside out. Her passion is to aid women in seeing their inner beauty, so the clothing they wear serves as an accessory for the world to take notice of their divine crown.
Tacarra’s talents are not just confined to fashion. She earned her B.S. in accounting/finance and a MBA from UT Chattanooga in 2004 and 2005 respectively. She also earned her CPA license in 2010. She has taught accounting at UT Chatranooga and served as Youth Choir director at her childhood church upon returning to Memphis in 2014 after the passing of her father, who owned a meat distribution business in Memphis. Tacarra’s mother was a payroll clerk for 20 years, the first African American checker at the Woolworth’s in Memphis, a current youth ministry director, and the catalyst behind Tacarra’s strong Christian faith.
Tacarra is a multi-award winning motivational speaker, and she has given her time and resources to many philanthropic causes including Habitat For Humanity, American Diabetes Association, American Breast Cancer Foundation, and many more. In addition to giving back, Tacarra enjoys learning new things, singing, traveling, water sports, walking, spas, eating chocolate chip cookies, and of course shopping!
Tacarra is a master in transforming lemons into lemonade. She knows what it feels like to be the “only one.” She understands the growing pain of pressing towards the mark of the high calling in the face of adversity and ridicule. Her mission is to encourage women that being connected to the “Source (Christ)” provides a peace that surpasses all understanding and leads to countless resources and self discovery. When you know yourself, you can “do it for yourself” & “Shop For You.” Shop For You is the name of her online clothing boutique carrying regular and plus sizes. The name embodies Tacarra’s belief that women must have a voice and unapologetically embrace their right to divinely choose.
