Would you ever get a Brazilian Butt Life or BBL for short? "Perfecting" the female body is an ideas that has been around since Adam and Eve, but in the past 12 years there has been a rise in achieving the "perfect" body more than ever and moving towards more "permanent" solutions like surgery.
We explore why women feel the urge to achieve "the instagram body" and they overall pressure on people, men and women to look a particular way. We also cover the after care that comes with one of these major surgeries as Kristen Gooden, our guest is well versed in this topic. As women not only is there pressure to look a certain way but sometimes receiving care in the hospitals can be challenging as a Black women. Nurses and Doctors are less likely to listen to a Black woman expressing pain than a white woman, all that and more!

Hey Creators! We are joined by the co-founders of Aqua Equity a new sustainable water company making a huge impact!
In 1 year of being in business they have been able to secure the bag by supplying water to networks and productions like Issa Rae's show on HBO Insecure and fitness events with Black OM Wellness & more.
They have 3 main pillars that the company lives by Community, Environment and Education. Don’t let the money bag fool you they are heavily involved in the community and do a ton of volunteer work and donations to the less fortunate in the Los Angeles area
One of the ways they support the environment is their water bottles, which are made out of 100% aluminum which keeps the plastic out of the land fields, the bottles are reusable, and you get more money back when recycling.
Their 3rd pillar is education, they run an entrepreneurial program in WATTS for young adults to learn the importance ownership and the tools to become and Entrepreneur.

She produced a feature film length documentary, In The Invisible Vegan , a film that chronicles her personal experience with plant-based eating. Keithian has plenty of experience in the music industry as he was signed to a label for 6 years before he decided to venture off on his own and become an independent artists. He gave the clubhouse a deep dive into his background and tough time he had during the 6 years he was signed to the label. He felt lost as a creative and wasn't truly able to work on his craft as intended.
Then Keithian was able to show off his musical skills in a rendition on Elle Magazine's Song Associated game!

Man who think they can do what they want, when they want because they are a "man" and want to wear the pants and the panties in the relationship. Slim Thug gave us an ear full this past week about how he felt about being "controlled" by a woman.
However, Jeannie Mai is excited to start her new life with her man Jeezy and wants to be submissive to her man.
