We all know the importance of structure and routine when it comes to bodybuilding but are you being too rigid in your thinking?

Destiny joins me again to give us an update on life following her diagnosis with cervical cancer in July 2020. Here are my ramblings on self-confidence, self-doubt and feelings of not being good enough. I think as competitors who are judged based on our looks and other peoples perception of our bodies, alongside the rise of social media, it can allow for feelings of self-doubt to creep in. In this episode I share my experience of each of these and why I think feelings of self-doubt might actually be a positive thing.
