Here are my ramblings on self-confidence, self-doubt and feelings of not being good enough. I think as competitors who are judged based on our looks and other peoples perception of our bodies, alongside the rise of social media, it can allow for feelings of self-doubt to creep in. In this episode I share my experience of each of these and why I think feelings of self-doubt might actually be a positive thing.
