The Beauty of AI Mastermind begins tomorrow (Tuesday, August 4) and G will be making a special appearance inside the experience. It’s free for Welling members, including anyone who joins for $55/month, or it can be purchased separately at BellaLively.com/beautyofai.

In today’s episode, G is coming to TLS to answer the questions you sent in about our relationship, our story, and what it’s really like to be partnered with someone (me!) whose life and work are so deeply connected to spirituality and the Inner Voice.

We talk about what G believes personally, where our perspectives overlap, where they differ, and how we’ve learned to honor both perspectives.

He also shares what he loves most about me, his perspective on how we came together, and what made this relationship feel different from the beginning.

And we go deeper into dating: the importance of becoming honest about what you genuinely want, and trusting that choosing more consciously is very different from holding out for an imaginary version of perfection.

It’s an intimate, funny, and very honest conversation about love, compatibility, belief, and what can happen when you stop settling for relationships that are almost right.

What if cellulite isn’t simply about body fat, but also about the relationship between fat, fascia, fluid and the lymphatic system?

In this episode, I’m joined by Kate Shapland, founder of Legology, to explore what may really be happening beneath the skin and how practices such as lymphatic drainage, body cupping, dry brushing and massage can support smoother-looking skin and a greater sense of lightness in the body.

We talk about why cellulite can appear at any size, how fascia and fluid flow influence its appearance, what Brazilian lymphatic drainage is actually doing, and how to create an effective body-care ritual at home.

Kate will soon be joining us inside Welling for a practical Wellinging where members can learn more about lymphatic support, body cupping and how to use these techniques at home on July 28th.

After one particularly intense week, G and I have fallen all the way into the AI rabbit hole.

In this Flow Diaries episode, I’m sharing what we’ve been exploring, building and discovering together, and why it suddenly feels as though we’ve crossed into an entirely new world. AI is no longer simply a useful tool we occasionally reach for. It's now helping us build what would other wise have pretty near impossible just one week earlier.

I’m taking you behind the scenes of what we’ve been up to, including the 37-hour AI marathon that resulted in the "desperate baby" pose featured on this episode’s cover, and the larger shift that has been unfolding for both of us through it all.

This new chapter has also inspired The Beauty of AI Mastermind, a group mastermind beginning in August. It is a huge round table discussion, sharing all the ways we are all learning to use AI to improve our lives and businesses.

You can join The Beauty of AI Mastermind at BellaLively.com/beautyofai, or it is included free with your membership at Welling.co.

Today's TLS episode is a wonderful interview with my dear friend and popular RTT and Life Between Lives Hypnotherapist, Rachel Crethar.

Rachel has been a regular RTT hypnotherapist on many courses over the years in the Lively Community, and I've recommended her to around 20 friends, family, and community members. I've also done Life Between Life and RTT sessions with her myself. She also has a new emotional eating platform called Higher Ground, for those who want a customised approach to the topic in their own lives.

Today on the show we are sharing about her experience with business and having a job at the same time, she's opening up about the changes in her approach to being a passionate healer and business owner now and in the greater perspective of her life, which I hope will resonate positively with many who listen.

Today's episode topic is something I wish someone had sent to me 18 months ago, before my life changed this completely.

I have been humbled and surprised by some of the changes that have happened in my life the past 11 weeks... and though the transformation itself was one I dreamed of for a decade (falling in love and moving in with the the partner of my dreams from day one), it has come with a lot of nervous system disregulation, identity crisises, and energetic wobbles I never would have expected.

I'm sharing the phases of this huge life transformation at a meta level along with personal stories, so that you can benefit and apply this to your own life shift personally.

Today's show is a flow diaries style episode, and I'm sharing about the unexpected vulnerabilities I didn't expect that have come from starting this new season of life.

Plus, I've been asked lately by many people about how to connect to the inner voice, and how to navigate huge shifts in life (like I have been lately). So I've decided to do a four week course called Inner Voice and the New Life.

In the four week course, we will dive into the topic of navigating quantum like changes in life quickly, the elements that could shift months (or even up to a year ahead of time) in preparation, and more. Plus, we will review bean bag releasing and reconnect with our inner voices as we make these changes.

Inner Voice for the New Life is available for registration here, and is free for current Welling members during the experience.

Today I'm sharing the very recent and fascinating understanding I just experienced as I hit my first batch of 'lows' at a new, higher vibrational level.

Though it feels exciting and freeing to release old patterns and go into a new threshold(!)... there are also the inevitable lows that will come, even in the new frequency bandwidth. How we adjust and address those "lows" that occur are the difference in developmental regression; or developmental progression.

Today I'm doing my own new version of a Monday episode -- it's like vlogging on Youtube, but it's a raw audio podcast from me to you giving you an update on all the things I'm working on in life and business. So you get a behind the scenes peek at my life and the creation of what we are designing for you in Alively World.

Today, I'm sharing what has been happening in my life lately, along with a big fat story I was telling myself about podcasting that was limiting the amount of content I put out on the podcast; which my inner voice updated my awareness about, now that I'm going into the Stage 3 of our business.

Today's episode is an excerpt straight from a recent audio for Beauty of Business. I have had seven or eight members of the group who have all shared a similar pattern in their businesses online: they are avoiding being as seen and visible and honest about their insights as they could be, because they are worried about what people will think of them. This pattern for each of them traced to a similar story in past lives, and today I'm diving into exactly what the pattern is, and how to go beyond it. This is also great for anyone who would like to feel more confident using affiliates and client referrals to grow their businesses also. Let's go to the show!

In today’s episode, Bella returns to the mic after a short break with one of the most personal and transformative updates she’s ever shared.

What began as a simple switch from birth control to BHRT unfolded into a life-changing journey of healing, research, and self-advocacy. Bella opens up about the surprising effects she experienced, how genetics reframed years of misdiagnosis, and why clearing estrogen is just as important as taking it in.

You’ll hear about the tears, breakthroughs, and even the past-life patterns that surfaced through this process. Plus, how Bella’s “Ferrari-style” month of healing compressed what might take others nearly a year. Most importantly, she shares the bigger ethos: living with quality, alignment, and listening deeply when the body speaks.

If you’ve ever struggled with hormone health, felt dismissed by traditional systems, or simply want to understand your body in a new way, this episode is an invitation to reframe what’s possible.

Bella also announces a free upcoming class, Beauty of Hormones, on October 22—open to everyone at bellalively.com/beautyofhormones

While working with clients, Bella finds one theme that comes up quite often. Today Bella will highlight this delicate, and often uncomfortable, phase of stillness. If this resonates for you, know that you are not alone. When the inner voice leads you in a direction, it does not always indicate a plan for action right away. This period of stillness can stir up feelings of uncertainty. Despite any unrest in the mind, true alignment is achievable. Trust that the call to action will come at the right time. Until then, be kind to yourself, hold space for the change, and find joy in the beauty of life!

Our Podclass, The Friendly Unknown, concludes today with the fifth module!

The unknown scares the mind, but it does not mean it is inherently scary! We've learned techniques to reframe our experience with uncertainty, let our intuition take the lead, and let things unfold organically.

This week, Bella explains how to identify when the mind wants to interject and grip onto the duality pendulum. Although it feels familiar, attachment to one outcome is limiting. When you can recognize those patterns in the mind, you can release the attachment, and open yourself up to the greatest and highest possibilities aligned for you.

Finally, Bella introduces Magic Days! By experimenting with Magic Days, we can start to practice living more intuitively in the present and less fearful of the unknown. When we stop fighting the unknown, it can be a beautiful friend!

When it comes to maintaining alignment in life, Bella can get derailed like the rest of us. If you need advice on how to get back into the flow in your own life, you may want to try the methods she uses for realigning when that flow is temporarily disrupted.

Having navigated many recent life changes, Bella emphasizes her new lifestyle of quality over quantity when it comes to friendships. Then, she speaks on topics like restricted eating and unaligned exercise habits, and how to approach situations where your inner voice conflicts with other people involved.

The highly anticipated past life episode is here, and Bella has a lot to say on the subject! For the last 6-12 months, past lives have become a prominent theme in Bella's life, specifically when it comes to experiencing a weight of emotions that were foreign to anything she could relate to in this lifetime. In this episode, Bella shares how she identified these emotions as echoes from her past lives!

Bella's opens up about how her journey with past lives evolved over time. These experiences often present as supercharged reactions that are out of context to the situation. After discovering, on her own, that these reactions were actually a ripple from the past, she learns how to find solace by addressing the source of these emotions and integrating them into her present life.

Finally, she shares the moving story of how she and Danielle, from the Beauty of Life, realized they had experienced life together before.

If certain aspects of your life puzzle you or you're grappling with unexplainable feelings, this episode opens the door to a fresh perspective worth exploring.

We have a special guest on the show today! Yulia Van Doren is an international opera singer, owner of Goldirocks, author of Crystals: The Modern Guide to Crystal Healing, and recent IVFT grad!

Yulia thoughtfully recounts her personal journey with IVFT and how it has impacted her life. She compares her growth to inner recalibating - how sweet is that!  Yulia reveals what it was like for her to go into deep patterns of fear and unlock the compassion she needed to live a sovereign and fulfilled life. Bella faciliates Yulia through a bean bag release around allergies that leads to an unexpected discovery! Together, they uncover wisdom on rest, self care, and grace that may resonate with many of you!

Yulia felt called to take IVFT to deepen her own connection with her inner voice, without the intention of facilitating for others. The potential for transformative inner voice work and deeper understanding of self are often what individuals seek when taking IVFT. That is why the class Sacred Month of the Self was created - for those people that want to dive deep into themselves but not necessarily learn to facilitate others. If you feel aligned to do the same, you can sign up for Sacred Month of the Self (starting soon!) at bellalively.com.

Today on the show, Bella and Danielle share a conversation for the Beauty of Life. After a long distance move, Danielle finally receives her Beauty of Life makeover gift from Bella that they affectionately call "the inheritance of Jess Lively." Danielle indulges us on what treasures she has unpacked from the container and how these new pieces are aligning in her new place!

Next, Danielle asks Bella for advice on dating and understanding
the types of guys she seems to be energetically attracting. Bella uses her own dating history to explain how each experience can serve a purpose even when it doesn't feel like it in the moment. The take away is that you can classify your experiences as pennies, diamonds, or polishing machines — each having its own value and purpose, even if it wasn't necessarily
what you were seeking!

Today we have a Beauty of Life episode featuring Jennifer. Jennifer reflects on the many aspects of motherhood - from parenting styles, comparing her experience as a mother to how she perceived her own mother's experience, and her ability to present her best and highest self to her child. If you have raised a child or are raising a child, these thoughts have likely crossed your own mind at one time. Jennifer's inner voice offers wisdom that her mind struggles to accept, but can we just take a moment to recognize how far Jennifer has come now that she can recognize her mind's attempt to interfere! The conclusions Jennifer comes to are really applicable to any type of relationship and may help you as well!

As you know, Bella doesn’t do many interviews these days, but today she changed things up and brought her good friend Jessica from Detroit on the show. These girls often speak for hours a day, and this time we get to be a fly on the wall so-to-speak for their heartfelt and sometimes silly conversation. Jessica recalls times in her own life she has caught herself living in a victim mindset. She and Bella recall personal experiences around body image, relationships, and finances. Together their endearing laughs and relatable vulnerabilities may have you recognize some victim stories in your own life and how empowering it can be to overcome them.

Bella and Danielle meet again with a lively conversation about what progress Danielle has been making, and how her upcoming big move is flowing! Danielle has been able to recognize familiar patterns in her thinking and learned that these mental patterns are common and deeply rooted in the soul experience. It can take a lot of time, awareness, and experience to shed these difficult cycles of thought and gain wisdom from them. Bella weaves in some quantum mechanics to tie in how our thoughts create our reality and how we can use our own energy to empower ourselves.

Let's hear how the Beauty of Life series has continued supporting Danielle on her journey!

There isn't always a clear solution to this, but clearing your mind of old emotions, or bean bags, can better prepare you to align with a higher aligned outcome.
