Some movies are good. Some movies are bad. And sometimes there's a movie that people say is bad, but you saw it and liked it so when you people ask you about it the only response you have is, "Well...I liked it." This podcast is for those movies. As your hosts, Brad and Katie, we will review and recap some of the movies that we loved as kids that maybe Siskel and Ebert didn't like so much. Looks like we've made it! To the end of The Golden Bachelor. Or is it? This week, Katie and Brad discuss the final episode as Gerry makes his decision between Teresa and Leslie. After a quick intro to his family, Gerry must decide which of the final two women will get the final rose...and a ring. And in an even bigger twist than anything ever seen on The Bachelor before, Katie and Brad get a surprise visitor when production assistant/intern/unpaid labor Angela jumps on to share some final info and tidbits. Hometown visits are over and it's time for the fantasy suites and it's all about the boudoir! From awkward conversations about sex with host Jesse Palmer to awkward conversations about sex with his final two, Gerry sure does love to reference jerkin' his turkey. With two, final 1-on-1 dates with Leslie and Teresa, Gerry must decide whether he's going to spend the night with the ladies and make his final choice of who will be his bachelorette. After a quick little hiatus, Brad and Katie are back! This week it's hometown visits where Gerry meets the families of his final three: Faith, Leslie, and Theresa! We've officially reached the halfway point of The Golden Bachelor and things are really heating up! In the final week before hometown visits, Gerry narrows down his choices to three women meaning half of the remaining women will be getting the axe. With a super special romantic one-on-one date with Faith and a group date to the always romantic Santa Monica pier, Gerry has a lot of make-out seshes and women telling him that they love him. Will Gerry tell the that he loves them back? (Spoiler alert: no he won't and it'll be awkward.) It's here, it's finally here! The first annual Golden Bachelor Pickleball Tournament! If you know anything about The Golden Bachelor (and if you're listening to this then you know a thing or two) then you know that pickleball is the key to Gerry's heart. This week, our lovely bachelorettes compete for Gerry's heart and the trophy in a pickleball tournament/group date while Leslie gets some much-desired one-on-one time on an ATV trip. In this premiere episode, Katie and Brad discuss the Golden Bachelorettes' limo entrances, the first impression rose, and guess who might partake in the fantasy suite!
