In episode #151, you will hear a discussion between me and regenerative farming pioneer Anne van Leeuwen. In this episode we talk about combining art and nature in culture, how to move beyond the dichotomy of ‘nature’ and humanity, how to find radical clarity with your statement of purpose (in 3 steps), the benefits of reconnecting with the seasons and cycles of life, and how to become native again as the deeply interconnected beings that we are.
Next, in episode #165 you will hear my discussion with Jeroen Klompe, regenerative and quantum farming pioneer, entrepreneur and investor. We discuss his cutting-edge work and experiments in ‘Quantum Farming’ - an approach that goes beyond regeneration and embodies a holistic approach to pro-life - which he talks about publicly for the first time right here. We discuss why we need a quantum approach to accelerate the transition to healthy humanity and environments, how to increase the flow of energy from the universe into land (a free resource we all have access to), why female energy needs to be reconnected to fields (and my involvement in a ceremony to do this!), and why he sees farmers as the pharmacies of the future.
Finally, in episode #158 you’ll hear my conversation with George Lamb - TV presenter turned regenerative agriculture co-founder of Wildfarmed. In this episode we talk about how to trust your intuition as your superpower, why the biggest gift George was given was unconditional love, the moment George realised he was complicit in selling distraction, how Ibiza seemed to change his life (!), why some farmers only have 20-30 harvests left, how to sense the miniscule expression from your solar plexus, and how regenerative agriculture is transforming our food systems.
All three of these incredible visionaries are mentioned in my upcoming book Sacred Business too. I hope you enjoy this recap, and you can explore the full episodes of the ones that call your attention.

This episode is a recap of four conversations I’ve had with incredible pioneers of finance for people and planet. Impact investing, but not just done the same old way. Each is creating something completely different and truly new. And each is also a person I consider to be very special and am blessed to have as a friend.
You’ll just hear a snippet of each conversation, so you can then go and listen to the whole episodes you feel drawn to. Now that we have over 150 episodes, we occasionally make a summary episode to help you navigate the library which still remains highly informative and relevant.
In episode #148, Patrick Somerhausen, co-founder and -CEO of Funds for Good, talks about honour loans where they give entrepreneurs in need loans that they only pay back if they can. 92% come back, to go round again to another entrepreneur in need. He also talks about “funds for love” which is a beautiful concept and words you don’t typically hear together in finance!
You’ll hear from Jacqueline van den Ende who, in episode #143, shares how she built Carbon Equity so far, the innovative platform enabling private individuals to invest in breakthrough climate tech. We talk about how to build something that outlives you, a new perspective on money greater than money itself, shared ownership structures, and legacy thinking, as well as getting personal and vulnerable at the end of the episode.
Episode #135 with Brenden Keon is close to my heart as Brenden is my partner at our fund Barefoot Ventures, and he shares how his journey from finance to permaculture brought him to designing a new model for finance that can be truly regenerative - that’s when we met a couple of years ago. We discuss some of the core principles and thinking underpinning our fund.
Finally in episode #129, Monika Vollmer shares how you can develop personally through investing, the challenges of changing rapidly, and how to feel into a company you believe in when investing, with this less tangible side being key to investing as well as the rational and analytical.
I loved having all of these conversations, and together they make a rich tapestry of a future of finance that looks very different to the system today. Enjoy!

In this special episode we bring you the second short channelled singing meditation to help you raise and empower the divine feminine in yourself and the world.
Here, Nikki shares another singing meditation with you (after episode #123). Since the first song came as she gave birth to her daughter Lolotte, she has been singing channelled shamanic songs, and is now also giving shamanic sessions to people who organically come to her open to exploring the possibilities. In this episode I read from the international bestseller which has just celebrated its 20th anniversary, the book which Oprah Winfrey keeps on her bedside table. You’ve probably read it, and if not, I imagine it’s on your reading list. Here I revisit the book which help spur the early days of my spiritual transformation to explore psychological time, and how we are guided by the past and future, the consequences this mindset can lead to, and a strong reminder of why living with presence is the only path.
In the book, The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment by Eckhart Tolle, we learn that we each have the agency to take ourselves out of psychological pain and to return to the present moment where there are no problems. In the now, we discover we are already complete and perfect.

In this episode I invite my sister Emma, who has her PhD in contemporary eco-poetry and is a published academic teaching English Literature at Leeds University, to read the opening of The Overstory by Richard Powers. It’s one of our favourite novels and has an incredibly powerful start.
In his twelfth novel, National Book Award winner Richard Powers delivers a sweeping, impassioned novel of activism and resistance that is also a stunning evocation of―and paean to―the natural world. From the roots to the crown and back to the seeds, The Overstory unfolds in concentric rings of interlocking fables that range from antebellum New York to the late twentieth-century Timber Wars of the Pacific Northwest and beyond, exploring the essential conflict on this planet: the one taking place between humans and nonhumans. There is a world alongside ours―vast, slow, interconnected, resourceful, magnificently inventive, and almost invisible to us. This is the story of a handful of people who learn how to see that world and who are drawn up into its unfolding catastrophe.
The Overstory is a book for all readers who despair of humanity’s self-imposed separation from the rest of creation and who hope for the transformative, regenerating possibility of a homecoming. If the trees of this earth could speak, what would they tell us? "Listen. There’s something you need to hear."

In this episode I read from the classic Women Who Run With The Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. She tells us about the 'wild woman', the wise and ageless presence in the female psyche that gives women their creativity, energy and power. For centuries, the 'wild woman' has been repressed by a male-orientated value system which trivialises women's emotions. Using a combination of time-honoured stories and contemporary casework, Estes reveals that the 'wild woman' in us is innately healthy, passionate and wise.
I first discovered this book a couple of years ago when Bandana Tewari recommended it on the show. Recently I came back to it, and I want to share the afterword with you in this episode, where we explore the concept - story is medicine.

Jon Alexander is the author of CITIZENS: Why the Key to Fixing Everything is All of Us, and co-founder of the New Citizenship Project. He spent the first decade of his career winning awards in the advertising industry, then changed direction to use his skills to involve people in the world as Citizens, instead of just selling stuff to Consumers…
Only recently published, his book is already receiving huge acclaim and his work is being covered in major publications. I’m thrilled for him and so encouraged that this important work is being spread and read by many, as it needs to be.
In this episode we talk about why things are up for grabs in society in ways they haven’t been before, the collapse of the Consumer Story and the rise of the Citizen Story - the deepest truth of humanity. We talk about the huge opportunity for the world that is business, not to minimise harm but to do more good, how to celebrate the connection between humans and nature, and Jon asks us what you would do today if you truly believed in those around you and yourself.

Celebrating two years of Going Conscious! I’ve interviewed over 100 guests from all over the world, ages 20s up to 70s, discussing topics from where spirituality intersects with business to finding aligned investors, healing from within and nurturing conscious relationships.
These conversations have led me to spot patterns of how people change their lives and create conscious business success. Without realising it when I started the podcast, I’ve done an enormous amount of research, which I am currently summarising for my upcoming book, Going Conscious! I’m excited to announce here for the first time that it will be published in May 2023.
I can’t wait to share it with you!! You will be able to learn how to transform yourself so you can transform the world using business for good. The 9 key transformations that will revolutionise you, your business and your life. How to finally bring your inner transformation together with your business output, as they have been separated for too long, and your conscious business is ultimately an expression of your inner world.
In this recap episode you will hear the first parts of four Going Conscious episodes that centre around healing yourself from within. I spoke with these four amazing women to discover their journeys and how they discovered how to heal themselves. It is incredibly powerful to unleash our inner abilities if only we give ourselves the chance and space.
We will hear from Emma who discovered how dance is medicine and healed herself from not being able to walk and having tried all the western medicine drugs she could, to being free and fit, moving her body and helping others to do the same. We will hear from Shayoon who, together with her husband Alexander, runs the LightForce centre in Bali and online, and she tells us about her incredible journey from fashion stylist in LA to helping people heal their traumas, and how motherhood was her rebirth. Giap shares her courageous path from banking in London to discovering healing and her Buddhist roots, as well as open vulnerability about conscious relationships. And we hear from Rita who found healing in raw vegan eating and discovered holistic approaches to surrender and discover her inner power.

Welcome to episode 100 of Going Conscious! That’s a lot of powerful conversations and brilliant people I have been lucky enough to speak with. This milestone has got me reflecting and noticing how much I myself have evolved over this time. In this episode I share reflections on how I have personally grown over this journey of the first 100 episodes, and what I would like to see in the next 100 episodes.
In this recap episode you will hear the first parts of four Going Conscious episodes that centre around channeling purpose. Purpose is core to everything that every Going Conscious guest does and a main foundation of their success. What is purpose, can you find it and what parts of conventional purpose discourse are irrelevant to you? You will hear different perspectives and insights from four angles and personal experiences of purpose. Enjoy discovering this inspiration and checking out some of the interviews you may have missed.
We will hear from serial entrepreneur, business leader and bestselling business author Catherine Bell on how purpose and profit can exist together, from author, consultancy founder and touring professional speaker Laura Gassner Otting on how to make sure you don’t end up with other people’s definitions of purpose, from award/winning barrister Abi Johnson on her threads of purpose and journey to activism, and another bestselling author of awardwinning book The Purpose Myth, Charlotte Cramer, on the purpose vacuum and how to get out of it. These four people all have profound stories and are widely recognised thoughtleaders.

This recap looks at how we can bring sustainability into fashion from various expert angles. We hear from the incredible Sophia Li who was my 2nd podcast guest and is an influential journalist and filmmaker using storytelling to impact climate and fashion. From Bandana Tewari who blew me away with her journey from Vogue India’s editor to an advocate. We hear from the Felder Felder twin sisters Dani and Annette about their evolution from catwalk it-brand to bringing their values to the fore, and we touch on their journey with me at Conscious Accelerator, and we explore the future of sustainability and the role of fashion in planet regeneration with journalist and change-making powerhouse Rachel Arthur.
Overall, my main reflections are that we can’t use buying more stuff as an excuse for being sustainable, but that fashion is an important part of culture and those who can create truly regenerative, transparent and circular models are the ones who will win. By bringing diversity and human kindness together with nurturing the planet, a new paradigm for fashion can be created.

This episode is the first of a new format of readings from books which have been recommended to us and discussed on Going Conscious, and which I love and have been deeply moved by. The library on goingconscious.com is bursting with texts for us to explore, and we want to bring you some tasters from the mind expanding ideas they contain.
I chose A New Earth to be the first book for us to read together as this is one of the books that has most profoundly inspired me personally, and has been widely recommended by Going Conscious guests. The section I choose to share with you today is pertinently relevant to this time of turbulence and the opportunities we can grasp for our own transformation.
In this reading episode I share a short section of A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle which explores our inherited dysfunction, the arising of a new consciousness and the urgency of transformation.
I know that thousands of people now listen to Going Conscious each week, and I would love to hear from you about what you’d like to hear more of and what you think of our new reading format. In this special episode Nikki guides you through a short meditation you can do with your baby or child, and then we discuss how motherhood itself can be the path to deepen our spirituality.
As a mother, you might find it challenging to keep up with a meditation practice. Nikki has found it hard to meditate for long as a new mother, so she created this meditation which you can do together with your baby or child and integrate into your life.
Just taking these few minutes, and accepting however they are to be for you today, will help you to ground into your body and your presence.
Mothers - you are doing the most important job to create a more conscious world. This practice is dedicated to all of you.
To connect with our children, we must first connect with ourselves.
Please come back to listen to this meditation again and again whenever it can support you, and share it as a little gift to friends who will benefit from it too.
This meditation is set to music using Alpha waves to help you enter a deeper meditative state, bringing you calm, mind-body integration and learning.

Marion is a dear friend of mine who is also pregnant and we have been sharing this unexpected journey together. This episode is special! For two reasons - because it’s our one year anniversary since the very first episode of Going Conscious, and because I welcome Marion back to Going Conscious to talk about our experiences of pregnancy so far. We talk about the lessons we have learned which apply far beyond pregnancy to life in general.
Marion is a French-German writer, actress and dreamcoach. She creates conscious films which reimagine female role models, celebrate diversity and promote a holistic culture of filmmakers. Her prolific writing includes a self-help book called “wild creator”, a feature movie and funded TV series pilots. Marion teaches creative writing at university, her own Wild Writers course (which I can say is brilliant), and is a dreamcoach, harnessing the potential to listen to our soul through dreams.
In this episode we talk about the incredible journeys we both experienced where plant medicine guided both of our conception journeys in ways beyond our rational comprehension. We talk about how we realised we had no idea how to consciously move through pregnancy, surrendering to the body as it creates new life, discovering relationship attachment styles and taking radical action, why conscious pregnancy means facing your own shadows, moving from head to womb and finding out that we are both more ourselves now than we have ever been before (counter to our expectations).

He has since worked as a technical bags developer for MEC and most recently as the accessories lead for tentree, where he worked with factories across Vietnam and China. On a business trip to China in 2018 Joey met with a factory in Guangzhou and the conversation to start a green factory model together developed. Joey is now the Founder & Co-Owner of Veshin Factory in China, where he and his partners are on a mission to move the fashion accessories industry to conscious, sustainable, vegan production.
In this episode we talk about Joey’s strong gut feeling that pulled him to Guangzhou which changed his life, plant-based leather and the circular economy changing fashion and how he is helping his green factory blossom. We talk about Joey’s adventures around the world, how he removed the clouds over his intuition, how to discover the guidance of transcendental meditation (TM) to go back to yourself, veganism as a state of consciousness, how to learn to enjoy the ride and not get frustrated, and how to wake up personally to grow consciousness as a whole.

Dr Philip Goff is an Associate Professor of Philosophy at Durham University. His research focuses on how to integrate consciousness into our scientific world view. He has authored an academic book with Oxford University Press – Consciousness and Fundamental Reality – and a book aimed at a general audience – Galileo's Error: Foundations for a New Science of Consciousness. Goff has published 45 academic articles as well as writing extensively for newspapers and magazines, including Scientific American, The Guardian, and the Times Literary Supplement.
In this episode we talk about panpsychism and the “hard problem of consciousness” - understanding that you can’t capture experience with mathematics. We talk about how consciousness is not an abstract intellectual puzzle but core to the human experience, the problem built into the way science was designed, the connection between biological evolution and consciousness, why matter is consciousness, we ask “is there a purpose to everything?”, where philosophers and scientists come together, why consciousness is a taboo topic, why science can be a crutch just like religion, tree intelligence, trusting mystical experiences, why only believing in a narrow view leads to an impoverished human existence and rethinking our picture of the universe.

Giap was born in Bangkok, where she grew up between her family village and the city. Her childhood was immersed in local culture, food and spirituality with Buddhism at the core.
After moving to London in 1991, she started her career as a professional dancer and then, seeking stability, transitioned into the fast-paced finance sector. She observed how stress taxes one's health and undermines the body's resiliency. Putting herself on the path towards inner peace, she studied various aspects of human behavior through psychotherapy, yoga and spiritual healing which ultimately helped her to create her own proven system to share with others.
In this episode we talk about how Giap transitioned from dancing to banking and then realised she needed to go back to her family’s Buddhist roots. We talk about how Giap went on her own healing journey initially without the intention to make healing into her career, dealing with imposter syndrome, conscious relationships, a very honest conversation about Giap’s current personal relationship situation, the effects of the full moon, surrendering and not having control, how the universe will provide when you focus on serving others and empowering people to go on their own inner health journey.
