A sensitive topic that tapped into my reality as well as many other women and teenage girls…..How can I relate to this topic? Through my transparency, I teach others how self-reflection is a tool for understanding personal growth and living a healthy lifestyle.
At some point we have to take responsibility for our actions while fighting for women rights. Life is full of lessons, we must remain teachable and optimistic without judgment.
The men are not excluded from this episode, conception is when the sperm from the father fertilizes the egg in the mother which means both the mother and father should equally be held responsible for the child with the same consequences under the new abortion law.

Health Awareness During Black History Month.
How has black history affected today’s health of black men?
The health of black men consistently ranks the lowest across the United States.
How did repressive laws cause poor health amongst black men?
Some black men are mentally suppressed by past “Jim Crow” laws. Within the community I was personally raised in, some of us thought Jim Crow was an actual person.
Do you know where the name “Jim Crow” originated from? After hearing this episode, you may never want to mimic or make fun of people with a speech impediment or people who have a lack of education.
*Disclosure: I am not mocking the grammar of our ancestors, I act out what I’m reading to help listeners connect with the lack of education African Americans experienced.
Lack of education and fear leads to poor health.
Can you imagine wearing a face mask for the rest of your life? Pandemic vs. Pain, both are causing people to wear very uncomfortable mask that strips them of their unique being.
People allow stigmas and society expectations to block their own self-care needs. When grief, anxiety, trauma, mental health, physical health, and other life trials & tribulations are not properly addressed, eventually everything a suffering person did to mask their reality crumbles.
You do not have to be a celebrity or wealthy to experience your beautiful bridge collapsing. The simple things in life you may have accomplished throughout the years can be bottled in darkness because you never took the time to deal with "You".
