For most, divorce is a storm of emotion. One can become overwhelmed with a sense of lost purpose, threat of an uncertain future, and the loss of identity.
Yet, it is also a NEW beginning, with hopeful promise and great opportunity.
While many people in the early stages of a divorce are displaced and under great stress, their suffering is often situational and temporary. These individuals may NOT need the skills of a highly trained therapist but rather a seasoned Life Coach. Additionally, the financial impact of a divorce may be the limiting factor when it comes to their decision to seek much needed therapy.
