Starting The Women’s Collective was honestly more of an accident that a purposeful decision! I started my first business when I was 23 & I really struggled with that process. I knew that I was passionate about running my own business, but the reality was so much more challenging. So in true entrepreneurial style, I decided to create a community for women in business to help them skip a couple of the hard lessons that I had to go through.

Formerly Executive Assistant to Serena Williams he has a breadth of experience and leadership across government, hospitality, entertainment, and transportation.
In 2014, Grant was hired as Executive Assistant to Serena Williams. Grant worked closely with her agent, publicist, business manager and the rest of her team, aiding one of history’s greatest women with her demanding and complex global schedule. In addition to her tennis obligations, Grant worked extensively on her brand partnerships and other business endeavours, maintaining relationships and coordinating deliverables. Grant also facilitated property management internationally. We talk all things airports, tennis and being an executive assistant.
