Jen Nielsen started investing and is currently the key principal on 82 apartment units in New Mexico and Colorado in 2016. After the success as a KP. He recently branched out to raise money as a GP for several syndications and was able to raise over $1.5M in 2019 alone.
Mr. Nielsen also passively invested in 14 syndications/private investments, spanning over 800 apartment units, 2000 mobile park lots and over 6000 storage units plus mortgage note funds and private money lending.

Charles Seaman’s primary focus as a Senior Acquisition Manager and Asset Manager is to locate high-performing multifamily real estate deals throughout the Southeast region of the U.S.
He is responsible for performing all of the company’s initial underwriting and analysis of these deals, which ultimately determines whether or not the deal will be a good fit for the company.
