Happy Monday Beautiful People!

As we swiftly breeze through the month of April, I did not want to let this month go by without talking about Autism. For those who are aware, April is coined as Autism Awareness Month and I wanted to explore the lives of individuals who have learned to thrive and overcome beyond difficulties. I found no one better than my Sister Friend, Tiana.

As a mother of an almost 8-year- old son with Autism, she understands the emotions, thoughts, and struggles attached to receiving a diagnosis of her child having autism.

Happy Monday everybody!

Listen, parenting is HARD work. Learning to maneuver through all of our children's stages of life, developmental processes, and emotions can be an intense dose of reality.  Today, Jasmine Beane (wife, mother, photographer, videographer, and media director) and I got the opportunity to speak on the learning curves that parents go through when building up our "little people" along with being better people ourselves. Having to unlearn things as an adult is even harder when you are trying to learn how to parent. God is definitely the determining factor throughout these times so I hope you all enjoy the conversation!

Happy Monday Charitea Peeps!

How intentional are your prayers? I'm not talking about how long you pray or even how eloquent, but how much effort do you give to your prayer life? Do you know how to pray? What things do you pray for? What things do you need to cause #intercession to take place?

Well, I am going to answer all of these questions during this podcast. In light of all that is occurring in our world, especially with the #Ukraine invasion and lives being lost, I wanted to discuss the importance of an intentional #prayer life.

I hope that you enjoy it!

It is no secret that being a mother is not easy! Mothering our precious bundles is a full-time job and criticism should not be a part of the conversation when referring to mothers.   Here's an honest conversation on what women face while attempting to be the best they can be as mothers.

We are not tearing down our sisters. We are not shaming women for doing what's best for their families. We are empowering others, one person at a time. Enjoy the podcast!

I know what it feels like you are always being set up by the Lord to go through things, either to make you stronger and wiser, or to be of service to someone else. I also know that others like you have dealt with this reality as well, and those of us who have..... IT IS NOT ALWAYS EASY! However, there is a point to be made that God is setting us up in a way, but it's not for us to fail, but it is for VICTORY! He is trying to cause His name to be made great through us.

I hope that through this episode that we can begin to see God's will for us the way that He has designed. Philippians 2:13 always comes to mind and it hope that it encourages you too: "For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure". I pray that you see Jesus working in you a little more after listening this evening!

Happy Monday Sis/Bro! So last week we addressed the ugly truth that growth hurts! It stings, it is painful, and can be down right unbearable. However, if we could all be honest it is WORTH THE PROCESS. Each level and stage of maturity, both spiritually and naturally, is needed to be all that God purposed for you and I to become.

This week, we are addressed not only the pain in growth, but the re-evaluation of ourselves to ensure that bitterness is not taking root in our unresolved pain, trauma and/or experiences. Most of us know all too well, how we have seen the symptoms of bitterness begin to take over our lives. But take rest, the Lord has supplied you with the help you need to overcome this root, and grow! I hope you take a listen!

This week we discuss the reality of how growing spiritually and naturally doesn't always feel good, right?! If we can all be honesty, growth is one of the hardest elements of humanity that we have to become accustomed to. Throughout this podcast, I pray that it blesses you to be vulnerable, consistent and willing to allow God to mature you, even in pain!

This week we're going to pray. Prayer is essential to the lives of all who desire healing, wholeness and joy. I hope this short prayer assists us during this time of distancing from the world, that intimacy with the Lord.

This episode is highlighting the importance of caring about our brothers and sisters in the world, as well as concerning ourselves with others before we consider our wants. So many times we become self-interested rather than being ministry minded in order for God to be glorified. In this day and time of pandemics and chaos, we as the people of God need to calm the storms of our neighbors so that they can ask, "What Must I Do to be Saved?" I hope this blesses you!

This episode is all about LEARNING! Learning what we need to do in this season, learning who we are in Christ, and learning how to grow even in these hard, tumultuous times! We are facing a daily reminder that life is a vapor, and with the Coronavirus pandemic lives are becoming vaporized substantially day by day. However, we are not weak in Christ, we are not defeated and it's time for us to learn what God is trying to show us while we are secluded and separated from ALL distractions. I hope this blesses your life, encourages your spirit, and strengthens your soul! I love you.

This podcast focuses on the ways that individuals will choose others above their physical, emotional, mental and especially spiritual health. The concept of "self care" has become popular, and while believers are taught and commanded to prefer another above ourselves, it is also very important to note that there were instances in scripture where Jesus Christ backed away from the people to seclude himself. Sometimes it is healthy and beneficial to ignore the noise, rearrange the responsibility and make sure that you are the BEST you for your family, God and yourself. Be blessed!

It is time out for getting set up to be messed up, but instead it's high time that we awake out of sleep and say, "Enough Is Enough!" Be encouraged, you are not by yourself!
