Jessica has many years’ experience working in Corporate Management, Education and Training, Personal and Organisation Culture Change and Transformational Life Coaching. Her focus is on empowerment, self-awareness and self-development.

Jessica has studied worldwide and is qualified practitioner in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), CERT IV Training & Assessment, Coaching & Mentoring, Mindfulness and Reiki Energy Healing.

Jessica now combines her personal and business knowledge to remove blockages and guide others to live more mindfully, achieve their goals and discover that the potential for real happiness and success lies within. Her truly important lessons came through the mindful application of the skills and knowledge to her own life giving her the confidence to step away from her high paid position, manifest her business and follow the calling that guided her into a balanced peaceful life.
