In this episode, I am joined by my friend Sam and we discuss "Medea." We discuss our reactions to reading the play, the archetypes of the story (and how Medea/Jason do/don't fit into the hero/villain archetypes), and we close it out with a Top 5.

Since we have read the graphic novel adaptation of The Metamorphosis by Peter Kuper (based off of Franz Kafka's famous novel), I wanted to give you an opportunity to hear from the man who created the beautiful and highly symbolic art within that story. We talk about his inspirations, The Metamorphosis, some of his other works, and his love of insects (makes sense with Gregor doesn't it?).
Here is his website where you can see some of his other work.

I am once again joined by my friend Sam, video game business website editor, to discuss Peter Kuper's graphic novel adaptation of Franz Kafka's The Metamorphosis. We discuss whether or not the changes really happened to him, the artistic direction of the graphic novel, as well as other important aspects of the novel. We finish up talking about Sam's Top 5 of his favorite part of fall.
