This is a very special Thanksgiving Gratitude Release Episode. Inge Sengelmann is the founder of Embody Your Life, where she teaches and works with clients as a mind-body healer and resilience educator. Inge is a licensed clinical social worker with post graduate level training in a variety of treatment approaches including Somatic Experiencing SE, by the world renowned trauma expert Dr. Peter Levine.
