Without good cardiovascular endurance, you aren't going to have good muscle endurance.

This is because your cardiovascular endurance will become the bottleneck and hinder your ability to develop muscle endurance.

so essentially good cardio supplements muscle endurance

let's talk about Muscular strength and muscular endurance

Are the two the same? No, but it is important to remember that you need to improve your muscular strength to complement your endurance. this is similar to having good cardiovascular strength. It will do the same.

Strength training is absolutely vital to improving endurance. While muscular endurance is all about how long your muscle performs, muscular strength is about how hard it can perform. The stronger your muscle, the easier and less work it is to go the distance.

the 10,000-hour rule was Introduced by K. Anders Ericsson, a psychologist but made popular by Malcolm Gladwell's book, 'Outliers'.

It's a Story of Success, and the principle states that in order to become world-class in any field, you need 10,000 hours of deliberate practice. This means 417 days' worth of hours, or 3 hours a day for 3,333 days-- over 9 years. I always wondered if this was even true at all or if there was any real credibility behind this saying? In the book, ‘Outliers Gladwell, uses the examples of Bill Gates and ‘The Beatles and other crazy highly successful people.

Recently I heard this saying again while listening to a speech and I decided to apply it to my life to see how many hours Mary and I have been doing trapeze. listen in to hear what our view of the 10,000-rule is.
