Rak and I met through a mutual friend. I was literally gobsmacked with who this man is and what he embodies, to the point I opened up at a very deep level with him. Our discussion together was who heals healers? For me this has been quite hard to find a person that I can trust to can hold space for myself and this lead to us discussing a podcast on who heals healers.
No matter how enlightened we thing we are we are all human with very human traits. For those of us who facilitate others to heal, who do we go to where we can be completely vulnerable. We discussed psychedelics, my recent 5MEO experience where I was left with the sheer brilliance of who we are but then a question, where do we as humans love from. It was a question that for many of us is that we love from trauma or avoidance or to not be hurt. Very few of us actually love from love itself. That is being in the essence of love and like a coin where the 2 sides embrace the light and the dark to create the one experience. For me Rak's work is brilliant and it is not for the faint hearted. It is straight to the point, slap you in the face with a fish embodiment of that love.

Matt Defina is changing the lives of boys and men, at the cold face. I don't need ti introduce him I just have to copy what's on their Website front page -
We exist because suicide is the leading cause of death for men aged 15-44. It’s not car crashes, drug overdoses or coward punches. The biggest killer of young men is themselves. Not only that, more than 1 woman dies every week at the hands of a man, and most of the time this is a man they’re close with, someone they trust.
After working with over 20,000 boys across the country, we fundamentally believe that these statistics are preventable through early intervention programs that focus on boys strengths, rather than their deficits.
Using evidence-based workshops and expert facilitation, our programs provide boys with the critical emotional and social skills they need to lead flourishing lives for themselves, their relationships and their communities.
Our vision is to create a world in which every young man has healthy relationships, reaches his full potential and contributes to his community.
Need I say anymore. You'll love this podcast

One of the most profound and educational podcasts we have done to date. I have to admit I did not know much about people who were transgender so I was a complete novice during this podcast. I am so glad that someone like Olivia who is a teenage herself and who had just lost her dad the previous year in an accident was able to show wisdom and courage well beyond her years to talk to me. You will also hear from Gail, Olivia's mother who supported her through the process from Oliver to Olivia.
Olivia and I discussed the following:
What it's actually like being transgender.
The mental affects of not identifying with your gender and the thought patterns while being in a boys body.
The loss of her father while going through the transition.
The impact the Royal Children's Hospital played in her support.
The process of changing
The impacts on school life and friends
How she feels now she's made the decision
What the future holds and what she hopes to achieve.
This is a must listen too if you actually want to understand the real life of someone who is Transgender and the impacts on their life.

Being called to a plant medicine ceremony is a rite of passage to connect into higher states of consciousness. Some who journey through ‘the mother’ are more often than not are left with more questions than answers.

· Trend of 21st century humans -> path of the 3D human being drawn to the egoic notion of plant medicine ceremony
