Lawrence Henderson is the Chief Learning Officer with Business Operational Support Services. In this session he will teach what it means to be a Humble, Open, and Transparent leader. This episode is full of great insight such as humility being OK with my confidence and your confidence. Host Steve Fredlund spent most of the interview asking questions and writing notes for his own growth, learning how to walk the line of increased confidence without moving into arrogance, and figuring out how to know the level of openness people are OK with. Great stuff with Lawrence on the podcast, and members can watch the video and see the bonus Q&A that was not part of the podcast episode.

For many years, WendyY has helped hundreds of clients build and scale their business, accelerate their income and grow their bottom line profits. She is a masterful coach, servant leader and dedicated entrepreneur. For those clients who seem stuck throughout our coaching relationship, it is clear to her that 1) Coaching isn’t just about systems or processes or more marketing strategies or selling techniques and 2) You don’t need to learn new ways to market or automate your programs and services. Of course, we will do that kind of work, too. Instead, it's clear to her that many lack the highest belief system to step into selling and enrollment conversations, with confidence. This is SO important because it spells lots of clients, more money and profitability.
