Emotional Intelligence and Relational Intelligence are two different intelligences. Strong Emotional Intelligence enables Relational Intelligence to develop and expand.
If you lack healthy emotional intelligence your relational intelligence will be stunted and very limited to either a person who is also underdeveloped and limited in their connection and establishing abilities. Or you will find it difficult to build and connect with those who are more intelligent than you.

Women in ministry have subconsciously and some deliberately taken on the form of our male counterparts in ministry and the art and beauty of femininity and elegance seems to have disappeared or is very rarely demonstrated or practiced. Modesty is an offensive and a dirty word and being a lady with manners is a thing of the past especially when ministry has incorporated do you boo live your best life and speak your truth which may not be the truth of Christ. Today we have women who lead and those who lead as a woman and those my beautiful ladies are two different types of women.

The Positive Side of Negativity Today there is such a hyper drive teaching to eliminate and never tolerate negativity in our lives. Negativity if used right will produce great light or revelation. Negativity becomes a problem when, it never becomes constructive, helpful in understanding where the problem is, and figuring out how you can make a change. Life is not that easy and if you have any age on you, you have figured that out. It has ups and downs peace and joy. People who pray are distinguishable people of the earth. These types of people are called Intercessors. Intercessors are people who by calling or by nature chooses to be a mediator on behalf of those who cannot intervene for themselves. Intercessors make requests, urge, plead, beg, council, discuss, risk, sacrifice and make war on issues relating to the weaker ones and thus they have an impact on the final outcomes for those they serve. The olive tree is one of the oldest trees on the planet and there are those on the island of Crete that dates back to more than 3000 years old. Olive trees themselves are hardy, drought, disease, and fire-resistant. Their longevity is based on its use and value. An olive tree can withstand drought because of its extensive root system. Which we know the Bible instructs us to be rooted and grounded in love. Most olive trees take several years until they produce their first harvest. This type of physical blindness is a result of being unable to see because of injury, disease, or a congenital condition, however, that does not mean the person cannot perceive and comprehend or even see within one’s heart, soul, and being. Our focus today will be on the spiritually blind. This type of blindness is lacking perception, awareness, or discernment to deprive (someone) of understanding, judgment, or unable to see clearly.
