Women in ministry have subconsciously and some deliberately taken on the form of our male counterparts in ministry and the art and beauty of femininity and elegance seems to have disappeared or is very rarely demonstrated or practiced. Modesty is an offensive and a dirty word and being a lady with manners is a thing of the past especially when ministry has incorporated do you boo live your best life and speak your truth which may not be the truth of Christ. Today we have women who lead and those who lead as a woman and those my beautiful ladies are two different types of women.

How to be happy and how come I’m not happy is one of the most searched phrases in google, particularly the US & UK. Happiness is something human beings innately search for but often never find. And for some the things we either do to find it or resort to when we don’t, makes matters worse. Is searching for happiness a bad thing? Will one ever find it?

So, the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen. – Matthew 20:16 KJV You don’t always have to be the first and just because you are does not mean you are the best. It's better to do your best then, you will be first with an excellent spirit. Stick around and I’ll explain why.

What do goggle, the periodic table, the sewing machine, Martin Luther King Jr, Einstein’s theory of relativity, the movie terminator, the structure of a molecule, and a former prime minister of Egypt have in common? Dreaming is one of the many ways God uses to speak directly to us here on earth. A lot of people dream, and a lot of people are baffled by their dreams. People sometimes laugh at dreams or scoff at people who are dreamers. Dreams usually reveal hidden spiritual codec and revelation that the father can best explain, and our spirit man can comprehend when we are in our rem sleeping stage. Dreams are precious spiritual downloads that should not be taken lightly. Dreams are spiritual insight and sight. Dreams help us to walk by faith and not our natural sight or comprehension. Jada L. Extreme competition.  We see it daily it’s the way of the world, rise, build, expand and then crush and destroy all other opposition or competition.  Be the amazon, be the meta, be the goggle.  Doesn’t matter who gets hurt in the process and doesn’t matter what it takes to get there just get there.  And when you get there buy up and dismantle anyone who would threaten or be of any competition to your already established brand. Does this sound like you? What should I expect from extremely competitive people? How can I stop being so competitive. Hit Play & Listen Now! In today’s episode, Jada is doing things a little differently. This episode is about random thoughts of wisdom, meaning this episode will have a few different topics but still full of insight, knowledge and wisdom.  Discipleship. What is it? What does it mean? Do you apply it to your daily life? A lot of people are excellent members of the church. They are motivated but poor disciples.  People are poor disciples because they don’t apply the word of God to their daily life, understand the matters of the spirit, or establish a relationship with Christ. There are 5 stages of discipleship - spiritually dead, infant, child, young adult, and adult. Which one are you? Do you hear from God? Before you hear from GOD, you must first learn to hear God for yourself and not just others. God is trying to get you to change and see yourself in his eyes. Tune in to hear Jada give her thoughts on what it really means to be heard and to hear from God and how to apply discipline to your life. Hit Play & Listen Now! In this episode, Jada is diving into vanity. What is it? How to identify it? And how to look within yourself to see your own beauty. It’s not what’s on the outside that matters, it's what's on the inside that will determine a person's character.  Are you too vain to look outside yourself to pray for another person? People who pray are distinguishable people of the earth. These types of people are called Intercessors. Intercessors are people who by calling or by nature chooses to be a mediator on behalf of those who cannot intervene for themselves.   Intercessors make requests, urge, plead, beg, council, discuss, risk, sacrifice and make war on issues relating to the weaker ones and thus they have an impact on the final outcomes for those they serve. In this episode, Jada continues her discussion on prayer and shares what Intercessors are, the fourteen characteristics of Intercessors, and how they hold space for others in the presence of GOD or the Glory. We are back with the second season! Today’s episode is coming to you from the Olive Orchard of Georgia. The olive tree is one of the oldest trees on the planet and there are those on the island of Crete that dates back to more than 3000 years old. Olive trees themselves are hardy, drought, disease, and fire-resistant. Their longevity is based on its use and value. An olive tree can withstand drought because of its extensive root system. Which we know the Bible instructs us to be rooted and grounded in love. Most olive trees take several years until they produce their first harvest. This very orchard took six years before it yielded its first crop. Grown from a seed, a dream, and a need. What seed do you have? What dream can you believe? What need can you supply?   Hit Play & Listen Now! We are back with the second season! Today’s episode Jada is talking about the Blind man. When looking at the word blind there are 4 prevalent types of blindness physically. This type of physical blindness is a result of being unable to see because of injury, disease, or a congenital condition, however, that does not mean the person cannot perceive and comprehend or even see within one’s heart, soul, and being. Our focus today will be on the spiritually blind. This type of blindness is lacking perception, awareness, or discernment to deprive (someone) of understanding, judgment, or unable to see clearly.

We are back with the second season! Today’s episode was inspired by a teacher and workshop I attended 3 three years ago, and I hope you will appreciate the enlightenment we share with you today.  "You are the salt of the earth.
