Women In Bloom: Recent Episodes

Stephanie Hinton

Women In Bloom is a podcast designed to help women make peace with their cycles, find their confidence and balance their hormones. We’ll be diving into holistic health, mindset, energy work, natural medicine, nutrition and so much more as we help women unravel aspects of their health, lifestyle and learned behaviours so that they can BLOSSOM into the women they truly want to be.

Interviewees span across experts, facilitators, and practitioners whose life’s work is helping women heal their relationship with their bodies not only physically but emotionally in order to reconnect with their womb space and balance their menstrual cycles.

I’m talking to naturopaths, acupuncturists, spiritual healers, womb workers, kinesiologists, NET experts and more. These conversations will inspire and open up women to their potential, help them connect more deeply with their sovereignty and honour their bodies through natural intervention. Happy listening. x
