Nicola went to Wetherby parkrun, Danny went to celebrate with Darren Wood at Frimley Lidge as Darren finished his 500th parkrun but amongst all that the show reflects on the past three and a half years, thanks everyone involved and hears from a bunch of familiar voices. All that's left to say is kthxbai.

The parkrun weather fairies have got back to their rightful duties and given us better conditions on parkrunday once more! This meant Nicola could go back on tour to the inaugural Hillsborough parkrun in Sheffield and Danny arrived way too early in Chelmsford for their third parkrun event. This week Nicola had a right falling out with the parkrun weather fairies who prevented her having a parkrunday, whilst Danny took along one of his best friends to take part in his first parkrun at the inaugural Walthamstow parkrun. Meanwhile Martin Yelling may have finished ahead of Danny at Poole parkrun but that is of no interest to anyone. A jam packed show for you this week. Danny scores a victory in the parkrun attendance bet, Nicola tells us all about her parkrunday at Leeds parkrun with Sharron Davies, David Moorcroft, John Inverdale and the Brownlee Brothers. As part of the Join In campaign they were there to showcase parkrun and as a result Nicola managed to get her mitts on the Brownlees Olympic medals. Danny did a "Darby" at Fritton Lake parkrun even though they have course direction arrows and they interview the first ever parkrunner to complete 100 different parkruns, Chris Cowell. There's also news of marriages, proposals and running backwards.
Post-Olympic blues? Fear not for the parkrun show is here to wash those blues away! Nicola was busy helping a Junior parkrunner PB by swimming the course at Leeds, Danny went Dog Hopping by the sea at Netley Abbey parkrun and they detail the parkrun World Record being taken by Team GB Olympian Andy Baddeley with his 13:48 at Bushy parkrun.
