O Lord, clothe me not first for battle— but for covenant. Let me put on the garment You measured for me before You taught my hands to war. Before a sword, You wove a robe.
This linen— this מד (Armor) stitched with mercy and truth— fits my frame not by might, nor by power, but by the Spirit’s hand.
It is my wedding garment, woven from waters of Word, threaded through with faith, fastened with love, fringed with fire.
I lift it now— not as heavy armor weighed by fear, but as a mantle of belonging. I take it up— not to earn my place, but to remember my name.
Before the stones fly, before the giants fall, before the trumpet sounds— I stand clothed. I stand loved. I stand ready.
The fiercest battle I fight today is not to slay an enemy— but to remain clothed in the beauty You gave me when You called me Yours.
I am dressed. I am guarded. I am Yours.
Passover isn’t just a meal or a memorial—it’s a map. The word Passover in Hebrew is pictured above Pesach.

After WWII Kostas Burbulys, Pete's Grand Father's Story is chronicled from the end of the war to the walls of Eastern Europe coming down. Kostas' Bible Translation is timed perfectly for a hungry people with their new found freedom. Below is the transcript from the Lithuanian Wiki site.
Kostas Burbulys was born in a family of poor peasants. In his youth, he lived in Biržai, studied at Biržai Gymnasium, diligently attended the services of the Reformed Church. Performed military service in the Lithuanian army.
in 1927 The annual conference of Methodist churches of the Baltic countries was held in Pilviškii. Here, K. Burbuli was offered to study at their priests' seminary. He studied at the seminary in Riga, then in Frankfurt am Main. After World War II, the Bubbles family went to live in the United States.
The representative of the United Bible Societies, who came to him from England, invited him to participate in the committee for the translation of the Bible into the Lithuanian language, in whose work priest K. Burbulys actively joined. in 1954 the interdenominational Christian newspaper "Evangelija švisa" was started. Algirdas Jurėnas was appointed as the editor of the newspaper. Later, K. Burbulys took over the publication of this newspaper and continued until 1993.
in 1978 K. Burbulys decided to start preparing the text of the Old Testament (sanctioned by King James) in Lithuanian. In this work, he used Lithuanian translations, in some places literal Greek and Hebrew translations were used, as well as English and German recent translations and commentaries. The priest modestly called all this work preparation of the text.
The first Bible manuscript translated by K. Burbulys reached Lithuania in 1985. Based on his translation in 1996 The edition of the Bible prepared by the "Word of Faith" publishing house was printed. Until 2002 at least three editions of this Bible have been published.
Died in 2002 January 29 in Chicago, USA.[1]
Pete Burbulys continues to chronicle his families story from Lithuania and how God was at work for the world through the life and death struggles of his grand father and his family. Episode 2 transitions from the tragic early days of WWII to the miraculous journey of his family to Switzerland and America with his grand father's calling to translate the Bible into the Lithuanian Language

In Genesis 12 verse 1 there is a two letter word repeated that is really not translated in most English Bibles, however the Chassidic Jewish translation is Lech Lecha "Go to you". I might take my stab at it says - Aspire to Desire Your Aspiring desires. What ever you choose to translate that word, I don't believe God would have repeated it unless it was critical to Abram's understanding.

Hab 2:9 Woe to him that coveteth an evil covetousness to his house, that he may set his nest on high, that he may be delivered from the power of evil!
Hab 2:8 Because thou hast spoiled many nations, all the remnant of the people shall spoil thee; because of men's blood, and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all that dwell therein.
Hab 2:7 Shall they not rise up suddenly that shall bite thee, and awake that shall vex thee, and thou shalt be for booties unto them?
The booty of the nations how might that work??
Hab 2:6 Shall not all these take up a parable against him, and a taunting proverb against him, and say, Woe to him that increaseth that which is not his! how long? and to him that ladeth himself with thick clay!
Oh the debts we owe and to not pay them back - well, yoiur name will be mud - see how..
Hab 2:5 Yea also, because he transgresseth by wine, he is a proud man, neither keepeth at home, who enlargeth his desire as hell, and is as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathereth unto him all nations, and heapeth unto him all people:
This is so scary, YET the oposit is SOOOO AMAZING
This will be my 197th podcast on the Hidden Trasures of the 119 Psalm and I feel like I am just getting started... I believe this information will be helpful to anyone studying this amazing Psalm
Hab 2:4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
What an amazing verse to get immersed in...
Hab 2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Hold on its gonna get good!
Hab 2:2 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
In order to run it helps to have a vision - God loaded this verse with something we should all write down..
Today, Robby brings us a wonderful episode of how Christ's salvation for us is living water.
Hab 2: 1I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.
How cool to be so deliberate to get reproached - yet that was really our prayer yesterday or from the last episode.
Hab 1:17 Shall they therefore empty their net, and not spare continually to slay the nations?
So on this episode I share what I think Habakkuk didn't say.
Hab 1:16 Therefore they sacrifice unto their net, and burn incense unto their drag; because by them their portion is fat, and their meat plenteous.
A lesson in what happens when we consume others.
Hab 1:15 They take up all of them with the angle, they catch them in their net, and gather them in their drag: therefore they rejoice and are glad.
Fishing works both ways as does the letter Samech - much to discover here how we get hooked.
Hab 1:14 And makest men as the fishes of the sea, as the creeping things, that have no ruler over them?
Easily caught? WHY?
Hab 1:13 Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity: wherefore lookest thou upon them that deal treacherously, and holdest thy tongue when the wicked devoureth the man that is more righteous than he?
As Friday asked Robinson Cursoe, "Why God no kill devil?" Great Question right.... That's mana - I assure you and that is answered here - listen
Hab 1:12 Art thou not from everlasting, O LORD my God, mine Holy One? we shall not die. O LORD, thou hast ordained them for judgment; and, O mighty God, thou hast established them for correction.
When you know this ain't gonna be pretty how do you pray?
Hab 1:11 Then shall his mind change, and he shall pass over, and offend, imputing this his power unto his god.
The word translated mind is rauch/spirit and it changed to passover/ yoked to the outcome which caused him to be guilty of photo bombing God. That goes before a very hard fall and much to learn for all of us.
Hab 1:10 And they shall scoff at the kings, and the princes shall be a scorn unto them: they shall deride every strong hold; for they shall heap dust, and take it.
Do we trust in our Doctors, layers. bankers, politicians or even our military, police, schools, courts? How many of these folks are the butt of jokes? Listen for the Hand of God.
Hab 1:9 They shall come all for violence: their faces shall sup up as the east wind, and they shall gather the captivity as the sand.
Captivity and Fever have the same root in Hebrew. Similarly like sand they all lack the water,(hopefully Living Water)...for much more on the goodness of the Tet/Goodness verse join me.
“For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, that bitter and hasty nation, which shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess the dwelling places that are not theirs.”
Habakkuk 1:6
When did God call the clod busters on YOU?
Hab 1:8 Their horses also are swifter than the leopards, and are more fierce than the evening wolves: and their horsemen shall spread themselves, and their horsemen shall come from far; they shall fly as the eagle that hasteth to eat.
What is God doing here? Let's explore together.
Hab 1:7 They are terrible and dreadful: their judgment and their dignity shall proceed of themselves.
This reflects Christ - How as the Zayin Verse? Listen to discover.
Hab 1:6 For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, that bitter and hasty nation, which shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess the dwellingplaces that are not theirs.
So the word Chaldeans in Hebrew means clod busters and oh the poetic beauty of how this relates to abiding.
Today, Robby and Scott share a wonderful way to understand Christ's sacrifice for us. Showing we must die to ourselves and take communion with Christ.
Hab 1:5 Behold ye among the heathen, and regard, and wonder marvellously: for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you.
I love it when God does something to expand my understanding, yet this one is out of Habakkuk's Comfort zone. How does God disrupt in order to dismantle and redeem?
Hab 1: 4 Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment proceedeth.
Psalms 22 lived out in front of Habakkuk's eyes led to many questions - If we ask we get an answer..
Hab 1:3 Why dost thou shew me iniquity, and cause me to behold grievance? for spoiling and violence are before me: and there are that raise up strife and contention.
I hate to see it but what does it come from Iniquity, Mischief, Plunder, Strife and Contention and what does that look like in my own life... I share along those lines and prayers to help in this episode.
Today, Robby and Bill take us on a wonderful car trip and showing us how much we must pay attention to the here and now. The journey is very important don't let it pass you by.
Hab 1:2 O LORD, how long shall I cry, and thou wilt not hear! even cry out unto thee of violence, and thou wilt not save!
Since we know God answered this prayer, what are the elements?
Habakkuk 1:1 The burden which Habakkuk the prophet did see.
Wondering about Habakkuk's name and his burden.
In today's episode Robby sits down with Bob from 109 U-Pull It. Listen as he shares how Christ wants to meet you were you are and loves us for who we are, even with our flaws.

Why use cedar?

TRUST: God's Unseen Power To Change The World Many books have been written on the subject of faith, how to get it and apply it. What makes this book most unique is the fact that the illustrations and examples are both visual and practical, stemming from the author’s first-hand experience. This is not a “theological book”, though the writing is well grounded in sound theology. This is an “application book” where the reader will be challenged in practical ways to access and apply the faith they have been given in new and deeper ways. The author’s contention is that man was put on this earth for two core reasons as expressed in the book of Genesis: to have intimate fellowship with God and to see God’s Kingdom extended on earth as it is in heaven. The author contends that living with and apply their God-given faith is a key to experiencing both of these callings in greater measure.

The word smell in Hebrew is the invitation to something amazing so the deep study of the second part of this verse is just that.
Song of Songs 4:11 Thy lips, O my spouse, drop as the honeycomb: honey and milk are under thy tongue; and the smell of thy garments is like the smell of Lebanon.
Can you remember that first super intimate kiss with your spouse the LIFE and Excitement - Its called a "SPARK" - Now imagine Jesus getting "The Spark" by your mouth and even what's under your tongue. SWEEEEET! Listen for all that He gets from your milk and honey as the Hebrew is unpacked.
Song of Songs 4:10 How fair is thy love, my sister, my spouse! how much better is thy love than wine! and the smell of thine ointments than all spices!
The word used for love here is Dalet Vuv Dalet and why would that be better than wine?
Why is your anointing better than spices? Listen to this amazing episode.
Today, Robby and Scott discuss the top five places our Lord Jesus takes us when we become his followers. Listen as Robby describes how Christ molds us to the children we were created to be.
Song of Songs 4:9 Thou hast ravished my heart, my sister, my spouse; thou hast ravished my heart with one of thine eyes, with one chain of thy neck.
The TET or 9th Verse - With the Tet- being goodness, WOW to understand all the goodness here will take eternity. We dig a bit into that and for my story behind here is the picture I took yesterday of The Elephants Foot
Song of Solomon 4:8 Come with me from Lebanon, my spouse, with me from Lebanon: look from the top of Amana, from the top of Shenir and Hermon, from the lions' dens, from the mountains of the leopards.
How amazing for Jesus to call us His Spouse and then to come away and wait til you hear of these five destinations....
Song of Songs 4:7 Thou art all fair, my love; there is no spot in thee.
So what are you doing with that fact if you are in Christ? Listen for some thoughts.
Song of Songs 4:6 Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, I will get me to the mountain of myrrh, and to the hill of frankincense.
Looking at this verse a second time from a point of intimacy, the Hebrew paints a spectacular picture that our hearts can delight in.
Song of Songs 4:6 Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, I will get me to the mountain of myrrh, and to the hill of frankincense.
This the 6th and vuv verse is the "continuation" (some ofthe meaning of the letter vuv) of so much of the whole book, you find in it - The Sun that makes black and shadows found all over chapters one and two and the Mountains all over the book as well and the spices, myrrh - bitter and frankincense, sweet - Listen to hear some thoughts to connect all that.
Roby Interviews American Heritage Girls Founder Patti Garibay

We all know of times in our lives when we just say to God, "I'm going to take control of this situation. I know what's best for my life." So in turn God allows us the free will and says "OK... the wheel is yours." And just like when we are young thinking we know best but we injure ourselves or someone else our instinct says, "Dad I messed up will you help me?" God answers that call, telling us that He will take care of it. The lesson will be hard and the answer may not be right away in our minds but The Father does have everything under control and will never forsake His children.
Song of Songs 4:5 Thy two breasts are like two young roes that are twins, which feed among the lilies.
Awkward question but clearly God is asking us to consider this as He here describes His Bride and as Matthew Henry pointed out these seven attributes line up with the seven anointings in Isaiah 11with the seventh being a delight in the fear of the Lord. All this is discussed as well as Rashi the great Jewish commentator considered these two twins to be the two tablets as they mirror each other and as promised here is his commentary ....
"the twins of a gazelle: exactly corresponding in one measure; the five commandments on this one (side of the Tablets, correspond to) the five commandments on the other (side of the Tablets), each commandment corresponding to a commandment. “I [am the Lord your God]” corresponds to “You shall not murder,” for the murderer diminishes the semblance of the Holy One, blessed be He. “You shall not have [any other gods before Me]” corresponds to “You shall not commit adultery,” for one who commits idolatry is like an adulterous woman, who takes strangers instead of her husband. “You shall not hear [the name of the Lord your God in vain]” corresponds to “You shall not steal,” for one who steals will ultimately swear falsely. “Remember [the Sabbath day to keep it holy]” corresponds to “You shall not bear [false witness against your neighbor],” for one who profanes the Sabbath testifies falsely against his Creator, saying that He did not rest on the Sabbath of Creation. “Honor [your father and mother]” corresponds to “You shall not covet,” for one who covets is destined to beget a son who slights him and honors one who is not his father."
Song of Songs 4:4 Thy neck is like the tower of David builded for an armoury, whereon there hang a thousand bucklers, all shields of mighty men.
Rashi shares some powerful insight into the makeup of the neck of the Bride of Christ... The word in KJV translated shield is actually a quiver - Note the Picture attached and see if you see the quiver.
Song of Songs 4:3 Thy lips are like a thread of scarlet, and thy speech is comely: thy temples are like a piece of a pomegranate within thy locks.
How are these the annointings, "Might" and "Knowledge"?
Why the scarlet thread and the pomegranate?
Listen to find out..
Song of Solomon 4:2 Thy teeth are like a flock of sheep that are even shorn, which came up from the washing; whereof every one bear twins, and none is barren among them.
As the church reflects Christ's Seven fold anointing this description of the third attribute gives us more understanding of the anointing of "Counsel". Listen as we sink our teeth into this. With a story from our Special Needs class to Illustrate.
Today, Robby brings us another special episode on strengthening our prayers to The Almighty God.
Song of Songs 4:1 Behold, thou art fair, my love; behold, thou art fair; thou hast doves' eyes within thy locks: thy hair is as a flock of goats, that appear from mount Gilead.
Matthew Henry points out that as we reflect Christ's Beauty here described with Seven attributes that are the seven fold anointing in Isaiah 11 the first two are here as explained in this episode.
This episode we review the amazing connections in the Third Chapter to both The Hebrew Alef Bet and the 119 Psalm.
Song of Songs 3:11 Go forth, O ye daughters of Zion, and behold king Solomon with the crown wherewith his mother crowned him in the day of his espousals, and in the day of the gladness of his heart.
Who are the daughters of Zion?
Who is Jesus Mother?
What was the day of His espousals?
How did is mother crown him and what did that crown look like.
We dig into these today.
References: Psalms 45:11, Song 5:2, Is 51: and Matt 12:48-50
Song of Song 3:10 He made the pillars thereof of silver, the bottom thereof of gold, the covering of it of purple, the midst thereof being paved with love, from the daughters of Jerusalem.
As Matthew Henry points out - The materials keep getting better - Silver, Gold,Purple, then Love- The amazing thing that Jesus the love of the daughters of Jerusalem through the ages to pave our hearts.
I also spend some time on the meaning of Jerusalem and daughters in this episode.
Song of Songs 3:10 He made the pillars thereof of silver, the bottom thereof of gold, the covering of it of purple, the midst thereof being paved with love, for the daughters of Jerusalem.
Considering the Arc of The Covenant being covered in Gold and our Hearts being the Holy of Holies of our temples, here we have the concept of a heart of Gold. The word GOLD in Hebrew unlocks so much more described in this episode.
Today Robby shows us that we must guard our hearts like those who guard a king or a mighty treasure.
Song of Songs 3:10 He made the pillars thereof of silver, the bottom thereof of gold, the covering of it of purple, the midst thereof being paved with love, for the daughters of Jerusalem
Revelation 3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him* my new name.*
What does this have to do with Silver? Listen to find out.
Song of Song 3:9 King Solomon made himself a chariot of the wood of Lebanon.
This was a Sedan Chair a curtained traveling Bed and He made it himself of Wood - Oh the imagery of these words explained here..
Song of Solomon 3:8 They all hold swords, being expert in war: every man hath his sword upon his thigh because of fear in the night.
The miracle verse or Chet verse of Chapter three is such a miracle - Those who are the Lord's Body Guard are: "Teachers and Disciples of The Word, guarding the Flank of The Church's Bed - Our hearts". Find out how that's spelled out in this verse.

Matthew Henry Commentary Song of Songs 3:
Song of Songs 3:6 Who is this that cometh out of the wilderness like pillars of smoke, perfumed with myrrh and frankincense, with all powders of the merchant?
The many ways we know that this Pillars of Smoke is The Bride Of Christ.
Song of Songs 3:5 I charge you, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, by the roes, and by the hinds of the field, that ye stir not up, nor awake my love, till he please.
Spurgeon's Sermon on These Verses : Link to This Spurgeon Sermon
If we go to the sacred Ark without the right heart like David's friend we can die, the time and place and person have to be RIGHT. Such an amazing verse to study.
Song of Songs 3: 4 It was but a little that I passed from them, but I found him whom my soul loveth: I held him, and would not let him go, until I had brought him into my mother's house, and into the chamber of her that conceived me.
After we pass those who point us to Jesus we still have to do the real connecting and holding on to Jesus - One On One - Then where do we go all the way back to our very birth as our identity our house literally changes address. Much to share and ponder in this verse.
Song of Solomon 3:3 The watchmen that go about the city found me: to whom I said, Saw ye him whom my soul loveth?
As Genesis 1 showed us "It was evening then it was morning" Our heroin is going about the city when she is found by the Watchmen and not unlike Mary at the tomb asks - "Have you seen my Lord". When did the watchman find you? I share my story and John Bunyan's quote - "That which is last, Lasts!"
Today, Robby and Scott discuss the glorious garden of Eden and how precious that place was. As we find the greatest gift to Adam and Eve was the presence of The Lord being with them within the garden it's self.
Song of Songs 2:3 I will rise now, and go about the city in the streets, and in the broad ways I will seek him whom my soul loveth: I sought him, but I found him not.
As the second verse in the gimmel section of the 119 Psalm we are looking for Jesus - "Open our eyes to behold wondrous things out of Thy law" - We can find God in His Garden - His Word
Song of Songs 3:1 By night on my bed I sought him whom my soul loveth: I sought him, but I found him not.
Christmas morning for a 6 year old little boy would not be near the fun without the anticipation of the 0ther 24 days of December and so it is with the wedding bed. What does that have to do with Statutes and The Letter Gimmel - Listen to find out.
Song of Song 2:17 Until the day break, and the shadows flee away, turn, my beloved, and be thou like a roe or a young hart upon the mountains of Bether.

Song of Songs 2:16 My beloved is mine, and I am his: he feedeth among the lilies.

Cindy Yorks takes us on a Journey behind the Vault door, Securing God's Truth
Today, in preparation for America's upcoming independence day Robby presents a special Godly and patriotic episode.
Song of Songs 2:15 Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes.
As foxes are sly so is our enemy with the lies and falsehood. The word fox here begins with the same letter as lie in Hebrew a Shin as the verse in the Shin section of the 119 Psalm -"I hate an Abhor lying but thy Law do I love. I spend some time on different types of false comforters that destroy young fruit.
Song of Solomon 2:14 O my dove, that art in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the stairs, let me see thy countenance, let me hear thy voice; for sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely.
Deep, deep verse loaded with all sorts of meaning. Here are just some of the questions we will deal with in this episode.
Why is the dove hiding?
Why stairs?
When should this happen?
Why is the lover so patient?
How does being sweet and beautiful help?
Plus the story of my dream last night along these lines, all in this episode
Song of Songs 2:13 The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away.
Jesus certainly taught on this timing Mathew 24:32 and in Isaiah 61:11 we get to see how this all comes together in the end. This is the second time he asks her to come away, but how about you, how many times did Jesus ask you? I share my story in this episode.
Song of Songs 2:12 The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land;
From death to life - Spring is a wonder and oh the depth of that wonder spiritually and in Love - what a fun episode
Song of Solomon 2:11 For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone;
So maybe you have wondered about dark seasons, I share some thoughts and understanding of the Hebrew word for Winter used in this verse.
Today Robby helps us understand that being angry doesn't help our situations but that should trust in God and his promises.
Song of Songs 2:10 My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away.
I love that line from the movie Robinhood - "Are you ready to become who you are?
Jesus is here saying to RISE UP and Follow Him as in Revelation 22
Revelation 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
I share my story of this in this episode
Song of Song 2: 9 My beloved is like a roe or a young hart: behold, he standeth behind our wall, he looketh forth at the windows, shewing himself through the lattice.
To me this verse hit me like a ton of bricks years ago and I explain why in this episode.
Song of Solomon 2:8 The voice of my beloved! behold, he cometh leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills.
The 8th or miracle verse of the chapter is the very thing we all hope for - HE IS COMING.
His voice is just as much a miracle as it is significant in our search for statutes as it begins with the letter KOPH. I spend sometime in this episode with that significance. My story of His voice in that section of the 119th Psalm verse 145
KOPH. I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O LORD: I will keep thy statutes.
Song of Songs 2: 7 I charge you, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, by the roes, and by the hinds of the field, that ye stir not up, nor awake love, till she delights.
I do love the many ways scholars have interpreted this - Rashi, basically believed you will be preyed upon like hinds and roes if you get between Israel and God. Matthew Henry, "let those who have comfort be afraid of sinning it away.
I believe like any deer, they only love when they can have young, (fruit). Jesus loves at all times so the problem is us. Essentially, that word at the end, delight or please actually is completely smitten, wholehearted love. The Hebrew prefix before is a Tav which is clearly, she, us the church. So like a deer that has to be in season, (ready to be fruitful) this if faked brings a curse. In other words God turns his back on you and like lukewarm water spits you out....
My Prayer Psalm 118:80 Let my heart be sound in thy statutes; that I be not ashamed. The statutes and the delight at the end of the verse both start with a Chet. Our union with Christ.
Plus my story of example in this episode.
Song of Songs 2:6 His left hand is under my head, and his right hand doth embrace me.
Short and so very very very sweet, even mind blowing. God is below you, above you, on your right and on your left.In other words, Jesus has you covered.
Even in the worst of your life. So I share a little of that horror of my sin and how Jesus still has His left hand under my head and His right hand doth embrace me.

Today's episode is a special Father's Day weekend show. Robby shares with us how much a father is meaningful in all of our lives. As well as how willing our Father God was willing to lay down his son Jesus Christ in order to save us from our sin and show His everlasting love for us.
Song of Songs 2: 5 Stay me with flagons, comfort me with apples: for I am sick of love.
We the Bride overcome with love, would seem this is too good to be true need comfort food and very interestingly the first food she reaches for is in Hebrew has the root of Lily - rejoice, as in His presence is fullness of Joy. The apples that in the Hebrew word picture letters looks like the True Face of a continual marriage. Brings into focus the apple of our eye, Jesus.
Nothing like apples and raisins for a love sick appetite it would appear.. Even better is the Word of God itself - Its full of Flagons and Apples - just sayin.
Song of Songs 2:4 He brought me to the banqueting house, and his banner over me was love.
I don't know a more amazing feeling then to know you are IN! That, He is Jesus, and He is Taking you In, then putting a BIG SIGN over you That SAYS This IS THE ONE!!!!
This episode we just revel in That.
Song of Songs 2:3 As the apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my beloved among the sons. I sat down under his shadow with great delight, and his fruit was sweet to my taste.
From the valley of the Lily, to the Apple orchards of the mountains, the bride sees her groom as high and lifted up. The symbolism of a Tree - righteous. The symbolism of the shade of Jesus blood. The symbolism of the apple itself as great fruit with the seeds of this tree
How this shade has blessed me.
Song of Songs 2:2 As the lily among thorns, so is my love among the daughters.
The Lily of the Valleys has been down in the good soil of the valley of humiliation and sank its roots deep into the living water, even you reading this who love His Word.
Thorns on the other hand are all about conserving the little water they think they have access to. The four purposes of thorns.
Those who are thriving on living water know there is an endless supply. Rejoice is the response and so the root of the Hebrew word Lily.
Song of Songs 2:1 I am the rose of Sharon, and the lily of the valleys.
The valley and in this case Valleys is where we tend to long for Jesus the most. - The deeper the Valley the greater the longing. In this episode I spend some time in the Hebrew of these words describing how I felt that.

Today Robby and Scott share with us some ways to not only save money but our souls from the "flood of lies" the enemy washes us with daily. Listen and let "The Son" keep us dry and hopeful.
Song of Songs 1:17 The beams of our house are cedar, and our rafters of fir.
Solomon no doubt had Proverbs 24:3 Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established: in mind as so much comes together here, Wisdom and Understanding as the wood that he picked both for the Temple and this house are Cedar and Fir, which in Hebrew is Alef-Resh and Bet-Resh - In it's own way the beginning of Wisdom and the beginning of Understanding.
Also in my view connected to Deuteronomy 4:6 Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.
God's People who love each other build an amazing house for the world to see... Simple enough - "Love One Another" The whole word is looking for that wisdom and that understanding.
It's been told me many times, "The best thing you can do for you kids is to love their mother". The real house is not the shingles over my head, it's the blood...
Song of Songs 1:16 Behold, thou art fair, my beloved, yea, pleasant: also our bed is green.
Here the woman reflects back to why she is fair - Because she radiates His beauty and then she make reference to pleasant, that word in Hebrew is the same as the last verse in Psalms 16:11 "at His right hand are pleasures forevermore." No wonder their bed is green, abiding in Him they bear much fruit... How did I know this was the woman speaking - Ahh for that you will have to listen...
Song of Songs 1:15 Behold, thou art fair, my love; behold, thou art fair; thou hast doves' eyes.
God knows us better than anyone and here is telling us - PAY ATTENTION _ Pay ATTENTION, (behold, behold) YOU ARE FAIR/BEAUTIFUL - Why? Dove Eyes -
Doves, being that pigeons are in the same family, always know their way home. They Mate for Life. Then they are a picture of the Holy Spirit - which can see Jesus like nothing else - YES - You have that if you are in Christ - You Have the Eyes of The Holy Spirit.
I also share some Hebrew and the 99 Psalm in this episode.
Song of Songs 1:14 My beloved is unto me as a cluster of camphire in the vineyards of Engedi.
Verses 12 the 13 and 14 line up amazingly with the famous Exodus 6 passage used with the 4 cups of wine at a Passover
The Spikenard - Is the coming out of Bondage we see in the woman of Luke 7 who anoints Jesus being a prostitute. Verse 12
The Myrrh - Are the tears of bitter bondage and free to have Jesus in our hearts as our master not Satan. Verse 13
The Camphire - Is the redeeming blood that smell covers our stink so we can be fruitful being connected to the vine.
Exodus 6:6 Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:
And so much more in this episode!!
Song of Songs 13: A bundle of myrrh is my wellbeloved unto me; he shall lie all night betwixt my breasts.
Blessed are those who mourn for they will be comforted what an intimate illustration. The staves of the Arc were said to have protruded into the temple veil so as to illustrate this verse according to the great Jewish Commentator Rashi - https://www.chabad.org/library/bible_cdo/aid/16445/showrashi/true/jewish/Chapter-1.htm
(You have to select the show button at the top to see his commentary)
Yes, our hearts are betwixt our breasts and the Hebrew word that is translated "stay the night" is to lodge and hopefully it is for so much longer than a night- RIGHT!

Song of Songs 1:13a A bundle of myrrh is my wellbeloved unto me
Myrrh in Hebrew is Mem-Resh - meaning bitter and a drip - clearly tears both in the association with mourning and embalming, but also that to make myrrh back then they would cut the myrrh tree and the resulting resign or sap would look like tears on the trunk. A Great article on Myrrh - https://draxe.com/essential-oils/myrrh-oil/
So note what she says this mourning experience tears with all their fragrance are keep in a money sack and it is her Wellbeloved. See the connection to the Mary's (Greek for Miriam), which means bitter with the same root as Myrrh. Ad the connection to Miriam's well and boy oh boy.
So how does that look in your own life - listen for Robby's ideas.
Song of Songs 1: 12 While the king sitteth at his table, my spikenard sendeth forth the smell thereof.
Here is the Link to C.H. Spurgeon's Sermons on This https://www.blueletterbible.org/Comm/spurgeon_charles/sermons/3480.cfm?a=672012
Wow, this may be my new favorite verse as it has so much to do with our quest to understand the Statutes of Psalms 119. Yes as Jesus was anointed three times reflecting back on how the Three in One Bedazzle's us, we now get to use our own Spikenard to anoint Him - sending forth our own Amazing Fragrance in our offering.
Song of Songs 1:11 We will make thee borders of gold with studs of silver.
One of the mysteries of this verse is; Who is the We? Is it the Daughters of Jerusalem or the we as in "Let us make man in Our image"? Matthew Henry believed it was God and as he points out the word Solomon used is exactly the same as in Gen 1:26 and I would agree as God also explained in Ez 16:14-15 He does bedazzle us that we would be beautiful to the heathen. Great words to consider as we do in the episode both "Gold" and "Silver" and these borders and studs. Hidden treasures for sure
Song of Songs 1:10 Thy cheeks are comely with rows, thy neck with chains.
The treasures of these few words, Proverbs 1:9 Solomon shared that by listening to wisdom we would have ornaments of grace and chains on our necks - To be in His presence is to smile and smile big time; it will make rows on your cheeks even if you don't have dimples. To be shy and look down or look down in Bible study (Jesus) will give you Tech Neck or lines that resemble chains of pearls... And that's Just the beginning of treasures in these few words. An amazing study today.
Song of Songs 1:9 The Complete Tanakh (Tanach) - Hebrew Bible Version: At the gathering of the steeds of Pharaoh's chariots have I silenced you, my beloved. The KJV reads so differently: I have compared thee, O my love, to a company of horses in Pharaoh's chariots.**
There are two major differences the word translated Silenced in The Hebrew Bible and Compare in the KJV. Clearly even in the Inerlinear the word is Silenced and the idea is that of Exodus 14:14 when God came to the rescue and silenced the cries of the Hebrews. This will also help make sense of the following verses relating to the Jewels that were plundered as was the sea.
The other cool word that is translated differently is At verses To, which is how do you want to translate the first letter of the verse which is a Lamed as is the case in Jeremiah 10:13 a similar verse and even the KJV team translated it At.**
So for me this is a critical way to see how Jesus is telling us His love story for Israel, but also in my own life - I share my story in this episode of how he Silenced my cry.
Before there is light there has to be darkness like the start of a morning join Robby as he tells us about his own person black is beautiful story. Joining Robby on the show today is Scott from Jesus Labor of Love.
If thou know not, O thou fairest among women, go thy way forth by the footsteps of the flock, and feed thy kids beside the shepherds' tents.
The Shepherd's Tabernacle would be a better translation of that word tent and as the comparison of the previous verses both the tents of Kedar, (not spelled the same way at all) or by the veiled or covered companions in verse 7 - Posers.
Jesus had the Tax collectors and prostitutes in His tent and there is where He told Peter to feed his sheep.
How about you do you have that kind of tent with shepherds where you can really share your sin?
Song of Songs 1:8 If thou know not, O thou fairest among women, go thy way forth by the footsteps of the flock, and feed thy kids beside the shepherds' tents.
The miracle verse of Chapter one is no let down, The Good Shepherd Himself is telling us - The Way. Simple and deeper than anything our minds can wrap around - love this episode
Song of Songs 1:7 Tell me, O thou whom my soul loveth, where thou feedest, where thou makest thy flock to rest at noon: for why should I be as one that turneth aside by the flocks of thy companions?
The first of many requests in this book to find Jesus, this time as the amazing Shepherd. The one who feeds and makes to lie down..
Cool Video on YouTube about Making Sheep lie down
Then what about the turning aside? Listen to find out...
Song of Songs 1: 6 Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother's children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept.
To dig into the statute aspect of this verse the word Solomon uses for "keep" is unique in that it starts with the letter nun- The Miracle verse of which is "I Have inclined my heart to Keep that statutes always even unto the end"... The point being the passion of the letter nun and the seed or faith aspect, as in in this worth dying for as Jesus said in His famous John 15 vine teaching -"Greater Love hath no man than to lay down his life for his friend."
So abide is huge as is Psalm 80 when it comes to studying vines as well. This episode will explore this and much more.
Song of Songs 1: 6 Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother's children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept.
In 1 Sam 6 is a sad story of The House of The Rising Sun - Bethshemesh. There is the stone of mourning, The Stone of Abel - black from mourning which is phenominally connected to Genesis 4; that Cain had toiled under the sun by plowing his field according to Josephus to gain by his merit not God's like his brother Abel. The result is black and mourning.
As anyone who reads Solomon knows he talks a lot about under the sun, which clearly is teaching us not to worship the sun or our day by day accomplishments. That is just one of the many lessons here. I share some of my story as well as other understanding of this verse. That we may see the Statutes.

In today's episode Robby is joined once again by Jerry of Ray's Body Shop. Listen as they discuss favorite cars and the Song of Songs.
Song of Songs 1:5 I am black, but comely, O ye daughters of Jerusalem, as the tents of Kedar, as the curtains of Solomon.
As in the Matthew 5 beatitudes a huge surprising contrast - Kedar is the tribes of poor nomadic Arabs, but also the word for mourn as is black, but then like going from the dark to the light you find yourself in The Kingdom of the Prince of Peace what a testimony for the daughters of Jerusalem.
How about you - when did you go from dark to the Light?
Song of Songs 1:4 Draw me, we will run after thee: the king hath brought me into his chambers: we will be glad and rejoice in thee, we will remember thy love more than wine: the upright love thee.
The nuggets of following at a run, we get to go to the Holy of Holies and be glad and rejoice and like wine that gets better with age so will our memories of His love. The comes an amazing study in Iniquity verses Equity - What are your memories better than wine?
Song of Songs1:3 Because of the savour of thy good ointments thy name is as ointment poured forth, therefore do the virgins love thee.
Deep is this idea of Statute and this verse reveals so much of that as the word Statute in Hebrew is a Chet and A Quaf. The word savor in Hebrew ends with the Chet and the word Poured Forth ends with the Quaf. The deeper understanding that Christ is Greek for Mesiah and both mean the Anointed one. Here Solomon is introducing the main Character - THE ANOINTED ONE. Then sharing the connection of name and anointing.
The word Name in Hebrew is Shem - Shin, Mem. This word ointment is Shin,Mem,Nun. The root is name and add the nun or the idea of the lamp of faith. Think about the faith you have in even your dog, by name. Such is to a sense the anointing and your name gives off a smell I assure you good or bad depending on the nose that tastes it.
Yes this verse is a Statute.
Song of Songs verse 2 Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth: for thy love is better than wine.
God's Kisses help bring down our walls like wine frees our inhibitions. The amazing word in thgis verse is this Love - Daelt Vuv Dalet - my explanation and how my wife demonstrates that for me....
Song of Songs 1: 1 The Song of Songs which is Solomon's
In transition from Psalms 119 a continual review and meditation of (what is a Statute), as the Word Statute has only two letters a Chet and a Quaf. The letter Chet is the miracle letter in so many ways, the eighth letter in the Alef-Bet and is a picture of our Union with God in Christ. No better place to study that Than in the Song of Songs - So here we go. What is your Song of Songs - At the end I play mine I wrote a year or so ago, just to illustrate that its all about the heart no your musical gifting.

As God directed me this morning to John 5 and The Pool of Bethesda (House of Loving Kindness) to be made whole I got a chance to review the 2 King 5 Elisha healing and the whole idea of -Shuva or Return or repent, God even told us in
Gen 3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.
We must return to the dust, thus the first verse of the Dalet section.
Psalms 119:25 DALETH. My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.
In order to be born again we must first return to the dust, buried in the likeness of His death, raised to walk in newness of life.

Gen 29 16 Now Laban had two daughters: the name of the elder was Leah, and the name of the younger was Rachel. 17 Leah’s eyes were b]"> [b]delicate, but Rachel was beautiful of form and appearance.
The weeping of Leah started early and God made a way despite of her deception.

The Blessing Jacob got without tricking his Father was the real deal in Gen 28
Then Isaac called Jacob and blessed him, and a]"> [a]charged him, and said to him: “You shall not take a wife from the daughters of Canaan. 2 Arise, go to Padan Aram, to the house of Bethuel your mother’s father; and take yourself a wife from there of the daughters of Laban your mother’s brother.
3 “May God Almighty bless you,
And make you fruitful and multiply you,
That you may be an assembly of peoples;
4 And give you the blessing of Abraham,
To you and your descendants with you,
That you may inherit the land
Inb]">[b] which you are a stranger,
Which God gave to Abraham.”
5 So Isaac sent Jacob away, and he went to Padan Aram, to Laban the son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebekah, the mother of Jacob and Esau.
Gen 24:67 And Isaac brought her into his mother Sarah's tent, and took Rebekah, and she became his wife; and he loved her: and Isaac was comforted after his mother's death.
Rashi on Gen 24:67 "to the tent of Sarah his mother: He brought her to the tent, and behold, she was Sarah his mother; i.e., she became the likeness of Sarah his mother, for as long as Sarah was alive, a candle burned from one Sabbath eve to the next, a blessing was found in the dough, and a cloud was attached to the tent. When she died, these things ceased, and when Rebecca arrived, they resumed (Gen. Rabbah 60:16)."

It ran in her family, until it ran into her. She was the cycle breaker. What does it mean to be a cycle breaker? In Generations Deep*, author and licensed professional counselor Gina Birkemeier uses her own personal story to illustrate how unaddressed dysfunction and trauma can create emotional wounds and toxic beliefs that are passed down from one generation to the next. Gina shares the story of inherited trauma and dysfunction that echoed through four generations of her family, demonstrating this profound truth: what isn’t repaired gets repeated***. Often in ways we never could have imagined.
Generations Deep takes an unparalleled approach to personal and familial transformation, inviting you to challenge what you think about family, trauma, faith and therapy. Gina shares her story in a way that makes you feel like you are “in the room” together. UNVEILING THE HIDDEN MYSTERY OF AMERICA'S ROLE IN BIBLE PROPHECY
The last book in the Bible called Revelation speaks of the end times. It confirms what Old Testament prophets foretold concerning nations that would rise. One country plays a pivotal role in fulfilling Bible prophecy and has 53 biblical descriptions. The United States of America meets every description. The Old Testament Prophet Daniel was told to shut the book for it was not for him to know the mystery, but in the latter days, the wise would understand. Get ready to receive a prophetic insight that no other generation has been given.
In this new book, The Hour That Changes Everything, Richard Pearson will take us through the Bible, highlighting God’s plan for America’s current and future role in the End Times. Something is indeed happening, and Richard Pearson digs deeply into the Bible to help you understand biblical prophecy from a refreshingly new perspective. With each chapter, you do not only learn more about prophecy, but you’ll also clearly discover hidden mysteries pointing to the United States’ role in it.
IT WILL COME IN ONE HOUR
While the Bible has plenty to say about the End Times, The Hour That Changes Everything will uncover the most incredible “time sequence “ in human history. In that one hour, an incredible cataclysmic change will cover the world pivoting around The USA. But at the same time, even as the hour brings judgment, Richard Pearson details how the God who delivered Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego from Babylon’s fiery furnace, will once again manifest His presence in our generation and miraculously open a door for our escape.
Richard Pearson founded Richard Pearson Ministries while serving for twenty-one years on the executive board of Oral Roberts University. Retired now as CEO of several Canadian transportation companies, He and his wife, Karen, reside in Canada.

Psalms 119:136 Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.
The miracle verse of the Peh section, if we could somehow see how far from God our love really is we would cry a river; and the big question here is how do we get there? We need a miracle of God's Face. Have you ever experienced anything like this? I share my story.
Psalms 119:135 Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes.
Here in the seventh verse of the PEH section - the delight in the fear of the Lord verse, this is the seventh and final time in the Psalm the Psalmist asks to be taught the statutes or Huquam. Not unlike going around the walls of Jericho seven times,as a bride does in a Jewish Wedding. So this begs the question - WHAT IS A STATUTE?. The Hebrew for that word is just two letters, two pictures; first - Chet , meaning wedding or union and the second Qaf, meaning holy or close... My Translation would be: God teach me how to love you the way you want to be loved... I share some stories along these lines as well... "If you love me you will keep my commandments."
Psalms 119:134 Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts.
The sixth verse of the Peh God's Presence delivered or redeemed Israel from the Bondage of Egypt so they could what? Go have a feast to God in the Wilderness - Yes a Precept. I share a story how God did that for me.
Psalms 119:133 Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
The knowledge anointing of Peh is to plant the good seeds of the Word not allowing bad seeds to get established - The word steps has the Peh and God's presence involved in our times in His word.

Psalms 119:151 Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.
This fear of the Lord verse for the quaf section is a verse to place near and dear in our hearts as it will bear much fruit - my story along these lines
Psalms 119:132 Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy name.
This is the fourth verse and thus the Might or Power anointing from Isaiah 11 and the power of what it says and the connection to the Numbers Chapter Six Aaronic blessing plus the verse rarely or ever quoted at the end ... How cool is this - Christian!
Numbers 6:27 And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.
I share my story of the Blessing of a Name - Christian Car Guy

The Christian Car Guy himself tells us what the biggest contributors to gas waste are in a car. One of them Spoiler, is going the wrong way. Listeners Call in to tell us the stories of when they went the wrong way in life and how they turned it around.
Psalms 119:131 I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments.
I can see at least four of the five in this verse, physical touch, the Psalmist is literally gulping in God, he is wanting to do acts of service, he has turned his face toward God for quality time and by longing for his commandments he offers words of affirmation. "If you love me you will keep my commandments", no Matter how you add it up the Psalmist is loving God here. So what does that look like in our lives - I share a story to illustrate that really surprised me in the fruit of this kind of love.
http://christiancarguy.com/
Psalms 119:130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.
This was me the simple or easily deceived and I desperately needed this understanding but to get it I needed the PEH the Face of God that brings light. That comes through reading His word. Exactly my story and I would guess yours.
http://christiancarguy.com/
Psalms 119:129 PE. Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them.
Transitioning from the letter Ayin to the PEH, the letter Peh in so many ways is God's Face, His presence. As this verse is the wisdom anointing of that letter, God gives us the wisdom of what our souls need, testimonies. Eye witness accounts of God's presence in a situation. I share a story of how that works.
Psalms 119:128 Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.
The Miracle Verse of the Ayin section is if we see (Eyes/Ayin) through God's eyes the right way and here the Psalmist tells us that it is through these Piquidem -which are In my view meetings with God, in prayer, in His word, and even with other folks with God in them, that He gives us the right way to go. I have a story to go with that.
http://christiancarguy.com/
Psalms 119:127 Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.
In this the seventh verse we get to the anointing of delighting in the Fear of The Lord, and how cool when we catch God's vision and He shares the adventure with us, I share a tory along the lines of this verse.

Psalms 119:126 It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law.
The fear of the Lord anointing of the letter Ayin - It is time - the phrase that Noah longed for to get off the boat and Abraham and Sarah Longed for to have a child. In all all lives this word that is called time in hebrew the letters ayin and tav - God's vision and God's stamp, when He says," it's time". He will work. Robby shares some powerful storys.
Psalms 119:125 I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.
This the knowledge verse of the Ayin section shares the importance of knowing what sort of story we have fallen into, to quote Sam in Lord of the Rings. To serve God with His vision (The Ayin) we need to understand the story, (testimonies). Robby shares what happened in his previous marriage when he didn't know the story.
http://christiancarguy.com/
Psalms 119:124 Deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes.
Here in the Might anointing of the letter Ayin, The psalmist asks for that vision; Jesus love me by showing me how to love you - "If you love Me you will follow my commandments." ... Robby shares a story to illustrate.
http://christiancarguy.com/
Psalms 119:123 Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.
The counsel verse of the letter ayin is beyond amazing and outlines how the Hebrew is a EYEFUL . Robby shares a dream to make the point.
http://christiancarguy.com
Psalms 119:122 Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.
Amazing love how can it be, that our King would die for us so we would be good at the Judgement? This verse is the amazing Ayin vision of God if it can only come to our understanding
http://christiancarguy.com
The Episode that started it all for Christian Car Guy Theater. Robby was angry with God over the Museum of The Bible turning down his pilot for a Radio Drama called Passages where kids went back in time to see how God protected His word. In prayer God told Robby he had a show if he wanted to do a Radio Drama. So he wrote this Pilot did all the voices himself since he had no budget to hire actors.
The miracle was that Adventures in Odyssey's actress Ann Ault heard the episode called Robby and asked if he would write her into the next episode. Ann then began to invite more and more amazing actors to the cast.

Psalms 119:121 AIN. I have done judgment and justice: leave me not to mine oppressors.
The wisdom of the Ayin - Here the verse starts with doing - then we get the normal order of Judgment then Justice. Robby then goes into the verses in John16 where Jesus teaches that the Holy Spirit convicts first then Justice-(make us right by believing on Jesus) - The Judgment - Robby shares a practical story and how that relates to the wisdom of the AYIN.

http://christiancarguy.com/
Psalms 119:117 Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect unto thy statutes continually.
Robby backtracks a little to correct his error on the anointings, then shares the relationship of verse 116 and 117 Uphold me verse Hold Me Up. And How this respect of statutes is a treasure with his story.
http://christiancarguy.com/
Psalms 119:116 Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.
Here Robby makes a mistake he will correct in the next episode as far as the anointing - the 4th is Might not Knowledge. The word Samech means to uphold or to lay hands on. To join in community or in the cases of many animal offerings to literally commune which supports our hope. Robby shares how that worked out with his Boy Scout Rattlesnake Patrol.
http://christiancarguy.com/
Robby is back for today's episode of Christian Car Guy. H e wants you to cry, "not physically but to think about the last time you had a true cry." Like most Holidays Thanksgiving has Biblical roots and those roots in this case are looking for water. The feast of in gathering or Sukkot is the feast that the Jews celebrate their harvest, and something I never knew about till I studied it this year in relation to Jesus being at the feast in John Chapter 7.
Even the Pilgrims had a deep thirst as the drought of 1623 was relieved by a call to prayer that would have a Indian Chief come to the well that never runs dry and bring a whole new Thanksgiving to the Indian world.
Jesus at the feast of Sukkot in John Chapter 7 stood up and said.
37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
John7:37
Ever wonder why he chose that moment to do that. It was because on the last day of the feast, the eight and greatest day is when they pour out the water on the alter, thus giving thanks for the water for last years crops in order that God will pour out water for this coming years. Lots of details if you would like to read how the Jews celebrate even today. https://www.chabad.org/library/article_cdo/aid/4784/jewish/What-Is-Sukkot.htm
So the water of Thanksgiving is truly what the world is thirsty for, this Living Water, if you once taste it you even burst forth with more for your family and friends and so much more, it really is that simple.
A really, really cool Thanksgiving meditation is to see all the related passages…

And the 13 year old...
EMOTIONAL TURMOIL
Change your shirt before you leave, you tell your son, but he explodes.
You don't care about me! This is my favorite shirt! You're always criticizing me!
Or, you walk in to find your daughter sobbing and ask, What s wrong, honey?

They climb on an emotional rollercoaster and invite you to join them.
Don t get a ticket for that ride.

Steve's journey learning about spiritual warfare got serious when a non-Christian man came to him with a problem: he said he had demons on his property. Steve didn't know how to respond, so he silently prayed as the man talked. After the quick prayer, Steve had a strange verse pop into his head from Deuteronomy 6 that instructed God's people to put Scripture on their gates and doorposts. So Steve & this non-Christian man who was desperate for help put Bible verses on ordinary tent stakes. Then they placed these stakes in the ground on the corners of this man's property, read the verses out loud, and prayed for God's protection. Everything changed. The man confessed Jesus as Lord, was baptized, and is now living faithfully in peace and safety as a Christian. Others heard about this event and copied this idea, and Spiritual Warfare Stakes were born (also available from Steve and on Amazon). So many people began to call Steve with amazing stories of good things that happened after placing this symbol of their faith around them that Steve researched the biblical connections to this idea and put these amazing stories together in this second edition of "What Are The Stakes?" God markers on the land are throughout the Scriptures: Goshen was set apart, blood on the doorposts protected the faithful, there were markers around Mt. Sinai, piles of stones marked connections to God, altars honored God, and the list goes on and on. It's all about faith. Jesus could do few miracles where there was no faith. Prayers without faith accomplish little. But Jesus noticed, honored, and rewarded great faith with healing. The woman with the issue of blood had no reason to think that touching the hem of Jesus' robe would heal her, but she decide that it would, she acted on her decision, and she was literally healed. That's the principle behind the placing of these spiritual warfare stakes around your home, your property, your office, your hotel room, or your loved ones. Take a leap of faith and read these amazing God-stories, and you, too, will be placing Bible passages around your land and your family. Watch what God does after you do, and your life will never ever be the same. Lord, I pray for every person who reads this. Open their eyes to Your mighty power today and to the strength that lies in the words from the Bible. No evil force can stand against You and Your powerful Word. Use this to Your glory. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
Benny DiChiara’s life changed in an instant one morning in October 2015.
He had fallen asleep on the couch after staying up late watching news about the upcoming election. At 6:30 am, the alarm on his phone went off, but the phone was in the bedroom.
DiChiara stood up from the couch when he saw his wife, Donna, walk into the living room, holding his phone out to him. And then … nothing.
DiChiara was on the floor. Horizontal. Unconscious.
The neurosurgeons at the hospital later asked Donna how DiChiara caught himself? Her reply, “He didn’t.” The bewildered doctors followed up, “Didn’t he grab for something?” Donna’s answer: “No.”
“My wife told me that when my head hit the wood floor it sounded like a gunshot,” DiChiara stated.

from: https://www.chabad.org/library/article_cdo/aid/112333/jewish/Nimrod-and-Abraham.htm
Nimrod's Humble Heritage Nimrod the mighty hunter was one of the sons of Kush. Kush was the son of Ham, the lowest and least important of Noah's three sons. Nimrod came from a line which was cursed by Noah: "Cursed be Canaan, a slave of slaves shall he be unto his brothers."
By birth, Nimrod had no right to be a king or ruler. But he was a mighty strong man, and sly and tricky, and a great hunter and trapper of men and animals. His followers grew in number, and soon Nimrod became the mighty king of Babylon, and his empire extended over other great cities.
As was to be expected, Nimrod did not feel very secure on his throne. He feared that one day there would appear a descendant of Noah's heir and successor, Shem, and would claim the throne. He was determined to have no challenger. Some of Shem's descendants had already been forced to leave that land and build their own cities and empires. There was only one prominent member of the Semitic family left in his country. He was Terah, the son of Nahor. Terah was the eighth generation removed, in a direct line of descendants from Shem. But Nimrod had nothing to fear from Terah, his most loyal and trusted servant. Terah had long before betrayed his family, and had become a follower of Nimrod. All of his ancestors were still living, including Shem himself, but Terah left his ancestral home and became attached to Nimrod. Terah, who should have been the master and Nimrod his slave, became the slave of Nimrod. Like the other people in that country, Terah believed that Nimrod received his kingdom as a gift from the "gods," and was himself a "god." Terah was prepared to serve Nimrod with all his heart. Indeed, he proved himself a very loyal and useful servant. Nimrod entrusted into his hands the command of his armies and made Terah the highest minister in his land.
Terah was short of nothing but a wife. So he found himself a wife, whose name was Amathlai. They looked forward to raising a large family, but they were not blessed with any children. The years flew by, and Terah still had no son. His father was only twenty-nine years old when he, Terah, was born. But Terah was getting closer to seventy than to thirty, and yet there was no son! He prayed to Nimrod and to his idols to bless him with a son, but his prayers were not answered. Little did he know that Nimrod felt happy about Terah's misfortune. For although Nimrod had nothing to fear from Terah, he could not be sure if Terah's sons would be as loyal to him as their father. Therefore, he was inwardly very pleased that his servant Terah had no children, and probably would never have any. But he could not be, sure, and Nimrod was not taking chances. He ordered his stargazers and astrologers to watch the sky for any sign of the appearance of a possible rival.
The Rise of Abraham One night the star-gazers noticed , a new star rising in the East. Every night it grew brighter. They informed Nimrod.
Nimrod called together his magicians and astrologers. They all agreed that it meant that a new baby was to be born who might challenge Nimrod's power. It was decided that in order to prevent this, all new-born baby-boys would have to die, starting from the king's own palace, down to the humblest slave's hut.
And who was to be put in charge of this important task? Why, Terah, of course, the king's most trusted servant.
Terah sent out his men to round up all expectant mothers. The king's palace was turned into a gigantic maternity ward. A lucky mother gave birth to a girl, and then they were both sent home, laden with gifts. But if the baby happened to be a boy, he was put to death without mercy.
One night, Nimrod's star-gazers watching that new star, saw it grow very bright and suddenly dart across the sky, first in one direction then in another, west, east, north and south, swallowing up all other stars in its path.
Nimrod was with his star-gazers on the roof of his palace, and saw the strange display in the sky with his own eyes. "What is the meaning of this?" he demanded.
"There can be only one explanation. A son was born tonight who would challenge the king's power, and the father is none other than Terah."
"Terah?!" Nimrod roared. "My own trusted servant?"
Amazing study this Breastplate of Righteousness Note the Hebrew Prefix of Sarai's name as the breastplate in Is 59:17 - The think about what we know of Sarai(SARAH) and what is taught in the Hebrew Midrash and Talmud... Notes and Links below
https://www.chabad.org/library/article\_cdo/aid/112057/jewish/Abraham-And-Sarah.htm
We have told you many stories about Abraham, but not so many about his wife Sarah. But Sarah was just as great as Abraham. She had all the great qualities that Abraham had. She was wise and kind, and a prophetess. And G‑d told Abraham to do as she says. So let us follow Abraham and Sarah, as they leave Ur of the Chaldees, where Abraham had been thrown into the burning furnace by the command of king Nimrod, but had been saved by a wonderful miracle of G‑d.
For a time, Abram (as he was still called), hid in the house of Shem, Noah's son, for he did not want to rely on miracles in case Nimrod should decide again to take his life. One day his father Terah came to visit him. Terah was a different man now. He was sorry he had brought so much trouble upon his son Abram, and he also knew that Abram was telling the truth about the One G‑d. And so he said to Abram: "My son, let's go away from this country, for you are in danger here. I know that Nimrod has not given up the idea of killing you. I will go with you, too."
The whole family now went away: Terah, Abram and his wife Sarai (later, called Sarah), Terah's grandson Lot and his family, and all their possessions, and the many faithful servants and friends who followed Abram from the moment he came out alive from the burning furnace. They all headed for the land of Canaan. On the way they came to Haran and saw that the land was good and fruitful there. So they decided to stay there.
Abram and Sarai soon became known in Haran as very fine people. They were kind to all, they were very friendly and helpful. Abram always tried to make peace among people, he taught them how to live happily, he told them to get rid of their idols and demons, and trust in the One and Only G‑d, the Creator of heaven and earth. And what Abram did for the men, Sarai did for the women, for she was just as kind and as wise. Abram's tent was always full of people, who came to refresh themselves, and to listen to his words of wisdom; and so was Sarai's tent always full of women who came to enjoy her hospitality and listen to her, and learn how to live in happiness and peace with themselves and with each other.
One day G‑d told Abram to leave his land, and his father's house, and go to another place, so that other people might also learn all that he and Sarai had to teach about the right way of living. Abram took his wife and his nephew Lot and they went to the land of Canaan. This was the land that G‑d promised to give to his children, who would one day become a great nation. Abram wandered about the land, and wherever he came he told the people about the One G‑d, and showed by example how to live a good life. He did not stay very long in one place, and moved farther south, until he came to the border of Egypt. He knew that the people of Egypt were wicked, and when they would see Sarai they would want to take her to their king, to Pharaoh. So he made a large box in which Sarai could hide from the Egyptians. When the Egyptian officers saw the large box they were very curious to know what was in it. They said to Abram, "Everybody must pay a tax for anything they bring into this country. If you have barley in that box, you must pay the barley-tax."
Abraham agreed to pay the tax.
"But perhaps you have wheat there?" the officers said. "The tax is more for wheat!"
"I will pay you the tax for wheat," Abram said.
"But maybe it is full of spices? There is a very high tax for spices," the officers continued.
"Very well; I will pay you the tax for spices," Abram said, anxious to get rid of them at all costs.
Now the Egyptian officers really became curious, and opened the box. They had never seen such a beautiful face before; it was more radiant than the sun which they worshipped. They led Sarai away, and brought her to King Pharaoh to make her his queen. But Sarai did not want to be queen; she wanted to go back to her husband. So she prayed to G‑d with all her heart. Suddenly an angel appeared with an iron rod and began to strike at Pharaoh such painful lashes, that Pharaoh was glad to send Sarai back to Abram. He also gave Sarai his daughter, the princess Hagar, to be her personal maid for the rest of her life.
Abram and Sarai returned to the land of Canaan. G‑d blessed them with great riches, so they built inns and hostels on all the main roads, so that wayfarers should find food, water and a place to rest on their way. They charged no money, and all were welcome. Many weary and hungry travelers found food and shelter in these inns. "How can we thank you, Abram, for your kindness?" they said before leaving, and Abram would reply, "Do not thank me; thank G‑d, the Creator of all these good things." And the good Sarai was taking care of the women and children, and when they wanted to thank her for her hospitality, her reply was the same as Abram's: "Thank G‑d, Who feeds and sustains all living creatures."
In Beer-Sheba, where Abram and Sarai made their home, they built a very big house, with entrances on all four sides. On each side of the house there was a huge sign: ALL WELCOME!
Around the house Abram planted a wonderful garden and an orchard with most delicious fruits and berries.
Most wonderful of all was a magnificent palm tree, which seemed to know every wayfarer that came near it. If an honest and good man would sit down under its shade, the tree would spread forth its branches to shield the visitor from the burning sun, or wind. But if the visitor happened to be a bad man, the palm tree would lift up its branches and give the man no protection. But whenever the tree would act that way, Abram would come up to the visitor and show him especial kindness and attention. He would tell the visitor about G‑d, and about G‑d's kindness to all. All the wickedness would melt away in the heart of the bad man, and goodness and kindness would fill it instead. Then the palm tree would spread forth its branches over the man in a friendly way.
All the time Sarai was busy with the women folk, and long after all visitors were gone, or had retired to sleep, Sarai would sit up in her tent, making dresses and things for the poor and needy. When everybody was fast asleep, there was still a candle burning in Sarai's tent, where she was sitting doing some hand-work, or preparing food for the next day. So G‑d sent a special Cloud of Light to surround her tent. For miles and miles around, the Cloud of Glory could be seen hovering over Sarai's tent, and everybody said, "There dwells a woman of worth."
Abram and Sarai became very famous. From near and far, men and women came to Beer-Sheba to find help, good cheer and comfort, which was given to all, free, by Abram and Sarai. The men and women wanted to thank them, but always they were told to thank G‑d instead. "But where is this G‑d?" they would ask, looking around them, for they only knew idols.
"His glory fills the heaven and earth," came the reply, and away went the visitors blessing the G‑d of Abram and Sarai.

What is the Meaning of the Name "Jew"? By Rochel Chein The term "Jew" is derived from the name of Jacob's fourth son, Judah--Yehudah, in the Hebrew—and may have originally applied only to Judah's descendents, who comprised one of the twelve tribes of Israel. On his deathbed, Jacob assigned Judah the role of leader and king—a prophesy that was fulfilled in 869 BCE when all twelve tribes submitted to the reign of King David of the tribe of Judah.
After the death of David's son, King Solomon, a civil dispute split the twelve tribes of Israel into two kingdoms: the Kingdom of Judah in the south, which included the tribes of Judah and Benjamin (and some Levites and priests) and was centered around the capital Jerusalem and the Holy Temple; and the northern Kingdom of Israel, which included the other ten tribes.
In the 5th century BCE, the Kingdom of Israel was conquered by Assyrian King Sennaherib, and the ten tribes were exiled and lost. The only remaining Israelites were the residents of the Kingdom of Judah, and the term "Yehudi" or "Jew" came to refer to all the Israelites, regardless of their tribal ancestry.
But there is also a deeper meaning to the name "Jew. The first individual to be called a Jew (Yehudi) in the Scriptures was Mordecai, of Purim fame. "There was a man, a Yehudi, in Shushan the capital, whose name was Mordecai . . . a Yemini" (Esther 2:5). The Talmud (Tractate Megillah 12b) asks on this: "He is called a Yehudi, implying that he descended from Judah; he then is called Yemini, implying that he is a Benjaminite!" Rabbi Jochanan responds: "He was a Benjaminite. Yet he was called a Yehudi because he rejected idolatry—and anyone who rejects idolatry is called a Yehudi."
The commentaries explain that the name Yehudah shares the same root as the Hebrew word hoda'ah, which means acknowledgement or submission. One who acknowledges G‑d's existence and submits to His authority—to the extent that he is willing to sacrifice his life for the sanctification of His name—he is called a Yehudi.
Hence Abraham is commonly referred to as "The First Jew." As the first person to use his own cognitive abilities to discover and recognize the one G‑d, reject the idolatrous ways of his ancestors and contemporaries, actively publicized the truth of G‑d and was prepared to give his very life for these goals—Abraham epitomized "Jewishness" many centuries before the term came into common use

Be Fruitful – let me just pause there, if you have wondered all your life what it is you are supposed to do? The answer could not be more simple, YET – I had been missing the main ingredient in fruit, to be found in the beauty of the Hebrew Language the decoder ring of God’s Kingdom. Look above and you see the call (Lilly Tomlin) believe me the phone is ringing and the amazing fruit available in the promise land above those is the word fruit in Hebrew, Peh-Resh-Hey. That letter PEH is God’s presence, plain and simple, Apart from me you can do nothing. It takes two to tango, make babies and most of all to bear fruit. We have all herd abundant fruit comes from an abundant root. After all looked lost for Bad Brad, God had another plan for his life and Beaver County get a long overdue announcement. Bad Brad came to Christ, so now I guess he’s Not-So-Bad Brad! God drew Brad to himself with the help of Lazarus, Allie, Dr. Sonny and his daughter Kristie. This has the Under the Hood Gang of Jimmy's Jeep puzzling over what’s going to happen to Lazarus and Not-So-Bad Brad.
Bad Brad escaped from jail and was in the hospital room of his former crime boss, Noire. Brad was desperate for Noire to help Brad to get out of town, but to Brad’s amazement Noire was now miraculously a new man in Christ and had fittingly taken back his birth name of Lazarus. And now Lazarus was trying to tell Bad Brad about the reality of Jesus Christ in his life when the Sheriff and Eustace burst into the hospital room and Brad jumped from the 2nd floor window trying to escape! Unfortunately for Brad, he landed on Jimmy’s jeep and now Brad was in critical condition and in desperate need of a blood transfusion due to his severe lacerations from the broken window and fall onto Rurik Roll Bar. Brad’s blood type is the rare AB Negative. The hospital has no supply and the only person in town who has that blood type is the very girl that Brad had kidnapped, Allie, Jimmy’s girlfriend, who has not, no way, been able to forgive Bad Brad.
Bad Brad escapes jail then is assaulted again by the Under the Hood Team of Jimmy’s Jeep on his way to the Hospital to try and get his former crime Boss Noire, who now is Lazarus to help him get out of town, his second surprise is Noire had been made new in Christ and his real name is Lazarus, who tries to really help him by sharing the truth about Jesus.
Noire survives death through the prayers of the very people he betrayed, as well as the 40 year old prayers of Noire’s late great Auntie Pearl. We learn that Noire’s real name is Lazarus, which is most appropriate considering that he was delivered from the actual place called HELL by Jesus Christ and is now a firm believer in Jesus as his Savior! He understands now that there is a real Heaven and a real HELL!
Warren Winch get a massive Test as Noire goes over the cliff, and Noire himself gets tested in the ultimate fire.
The villainous Noire and his sidekick, oser Lou, have escaped in Jimmy’s jeep from the church parking lot, much to the horror of the “Under the Hood” team in Jimmy’s jeep. The sheriff’s posse, which consists of Eustace, Nahum, Nettie, Elvira, Bob and Pastor Jack, are in hot pursuit of Noire and Lou as the two drove recklessly in the jeep over the high mountain cliffs and finally took one precarious curve too many, too fast and the jeep ends up hanging on by a few branches and rocks as lost loser Lou's time may be up
The evil Noire and his corrupt comrade, Lou, (who now call themselves Eldon and Otto) are out in the parking lot chortling over the fact that they have deceived the town folks at the church potluck … all the good folks of the town think that they are going to benefit from the “Fine Fit Auto Parts Plant” that Noire is promising to build with the money the town folks will invest, little realizing that Noire is actually going to rob them.
Bad Brad kidnaps Allie who was then rescued by the brave-hearted Sheriff and Eustace, not to mention the explosive Under the Hood team in Jimmy’s jeep who pulverized Brad and Bad Brad ended up in the Jailhouse hospital, the Sheriff went out of town, Brad escaped, kidnapped Allie’s doxie. Looks like a load of trouble.
“Bad Brad” has been recaptured and back in the Hospital! That’s the good news ... the bad news is the Nefarious Noire is planning on moving next door to Nahum’s Garage with a new Fine Fit Auto Parts Plant, that’s after stting up his arch rival crime boss and Angelo to take the wrap for Kidnapping Kristie ... Sheriff Kramer is finally back from Denver and Eustace..well he has some splaynin to do…
Bad Brad’s daughter is kidnapped by the Nefarious Noire and his sidekick Lou who disguised themselves as two other hoods named Angelo and Vinnie and allowed Kristie to escape, and now the Noire and Lou have decided to open up a “Fine Fit Auto Parts Plant” right next to Nahum’s Garage, calling themselves Eldon Blackwood and Otto, as they are plotting another nefarious plan to rip off Allie’s Grandfather!
Sheriff Kramer is finally back from Denver and Eustace..well he has some splaynin to do…
“Bad Brad” had escaped from Jail, aided by the Nefarious Ned who works for the Nasty Noire! Brad is desperate to kidnap Allie once again because the Noire, a maniacal mobster/crime boss/ has kidnapped Brad’s daughter, Kristie, to make sure that Brad will bring Allie in. Deputy Eustace was approaching the stolen Dish van as Brad is hoping to use Allie’s little dog Fritz to recapture Allie
Brad’s daughter, Kristie, had been living in Ireland with her mother but had come on a surprise visit only to be grabbed by the Noire’s henchmen. Kristie is brought in to the Noire’s Office.
Jimmy and Allie are pulled over to complete the most important discussion of Allie’s life.
In this episode of “Jesus, Jeeps and Jubilation”, Pastor Jack and Miss Annie have arranged a little celebration party at the church for Allie. Her grandparents have already gone to the church to see everyone … Jimmy’s parents and Grandma are there. Unfortunately, the sheriff and his family had to be out of town and couldn’t join in the festivities. Jimmy picked up Allie in his jeep, which has been restored since Allie’s rescue! There is a whole lot of celebrating going on at the church!
Allie has been struggling with her hasty decision to break up with Jimmy, when Miss Annie, Pastor Jack’s secretary, shared some wisdom on the subject of Grace. And Allie and her Guardian Grand Parents also had a deep discussion along those lines that lead to a phone call from Allie to Jimmy asking him to meet at Pop's Malt shop … perhaps to discuss the most important decision of Allie’s life. That’s When Brad the photographer’s plan unfolded …
Jimmy had been up on the Mountain praying for just that when he spotted a crystal rolling down the stream engraved with the words “To love another person is to see the face of God”. When Jimmy found the crystal it painted a rainbow towards the whole gang under the hood of Jimmy’s Jeep creating quite a stir.
Now Jimmy is climbing in to his Jeep headed to Pop’s Malt shop to meet Allie…
Jimmy confronts Allie on her rude treatment of Pastor Jack in his attempt to pray, Allie's reaction doesn't go as Jimmy expected.
