We going over some of the shameful ways the employer attempts to avoid paying us and what we can do about it.
Clarification; Misspoke at one point when I (Kevin) said you could get OT pay past your scheduled hours in group 2. I realized this could imply time and a half, however, If you are a part time worker you would get straight pay until you pass eight hours then get time and a half when and if you pass eight hours.
