The “Whistleblower” Has No Secrecy Protections

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. The Democrats are in high dudgeon over the possible public identification of the so-called whistleblower, whom I call a hoaxblower. Legally, Eric Ciaramella doesn’t even have the legal right to be called a whistleblower, since the whistleblower statute doesn’t even apply to the president’s conduct of foreign policy, including his communications with a foreign leader. So why are Democrats so anxious to keep his identity secret? It’s because they don’t want the world to know that he is a member of the Deep State, a man who worked with Joe Biden and had an obvious political bias. He was an Obama holdover who was working on what his own attorney called a “coup” de’etat. Mr. Ciaramella has been sniping at the president from behind the bushes. It’s time for him to stop hiding like a coward, man up, and face the public and their questions.
