Sunday Sit Down

This Podcast is basically a way for us coaches/powerlifters to nerd out and joke around and talk about things we discuss on a daily basis. Co-host Garret Aby has a BS in Exercise Science and is an ACSM-CEP while also a powerlifter and powerlifting coach. Co-host Brandon Dudley is a Kinesiology Student, personal trainer, power lifting coach and a USAPL powerlifter as well. There will be many topics from scientific research, to making fun of each other to just dealing life in general, love answering questions and sharing our knowledge and experience with the world. From time to time there will be guests on the show that specialize in different things and have knowledge for all of us. Looking forward to doing Sunday Sit Down with you all.
