Gifts of the Holy Spirit

What Is Faith?
11 Faith means being sure of the things we hope for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it. 2 Faith is the reason we remember great people who lived in the past.
3 It is by faith we understand that the whole world was made by God’s command so what we see was made by something that cannot be seen.
4 It was by faith that Abel offered God a better sacrifice than Cain did. God said he was pleased with the gifts Abel offered and called Abel a good man because of his faith. Abel died, but through his faith he is still speaking.
5 It was by faith that Enoch was taken to heaven so he would not die. He could not be found, because God had taken him away. Before he was taken, the Scripture says that he was a man who truly pleased God. 6 Without faith no one can please God. Anyone who comes to God must believe that he is real and that he rewards those who truly want to find him.
7 It was by faith that Noah heard God’s warnings about things he could not yet see. He obeyed God and built a large boat to save his family. By his faith, Noah showed that the world was wrong, and he became one of those who are made right with God through faith.

What is the influence of music on young people? For most teens, music is an amazing outlet for personal identity development and expression.

If anybody heard my story I always talk about how the movie Antwan Fisher, was so close to me. Starring Derek Luke and Denzel Washington. My nick name became Antwan Fisher at the time the movie was out. It resembled my life story so much and made want to wrote my story and pitch it to Hollywood. Now in 2015 I was linked with Maurice Luke brother of lead actor Derek Luke. We hit off, he's on my daily txt list and this brother loves God!
This is a powerful interview folks. Maurice talks about his walk in the industry as an actor, producer, musician and script writer.

Spiritual Gifts
"Spiritual gifts" is the general term used here. It's a phrase which has meaning in most religions, even ones which don't have a god but who insist that human beings have a part of themselves that is beyond what we can measure or touch or logically figure out. Whatever the spiritual realm is, it bestows on people a range of accomplishment abilities that go beyond mere skill or knack. The term 'spiritual gifts' itself does not say who gave them, or even whether anyone actually received them. (In some religions, what Christians call 'gifts' are treated like peaches dangling from a spiritual tree, there to be picked by those who have enough spiritual insight to find them.) While the term is useful, and is good shorthand for more complicated definitions, Christians much prefer to use the term "gifts of the Holy Spirit", as thanks to the One who gives the gifts, and as a way to give credit where credit is due.

The first thing we need to understand about God’s timing is that it is perfect, just as all of God’s ways are perfect (Psalm 18:30; Galatians 4:4). God’s timing is never early, and it’s never been late. In fact, from before our birth until the moment we take our last earthly breath, our sovereign God is accomplishing His divine purposes in our lifetimes. He is in complete control of everything and everyone from everlasting to everlasting. No event in history has put so much as a wrinkle in the timing of God’s eternal plan, which He designed before the foundation of the world.

The Holy Spirit is a real person who came to reside within Jesus Christ's true followers after Jesus rose from the dead and ascended to heaven (Acts 2). Jesus told His apostles...
"I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever; the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not behold Him or know Him, but you know Him because He abides with you, and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you." (John 14:16-18)
The Holy Spirit is not a vague, ethereal shadow, nor an impersonal force. He is a person equal in every way with God the Father and God the Son. He is considered to be the third member of the Godhead. Jesus said to His apostles...
"All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matt. 28:18-20)
God is Father, Son and Holy Spirit. And all the divine attributes ascribed to the Father and the Son are equally ascribed to the Holy Spirit. When a person becomes born again by believing and receiving Jesus Christ (John 1:12-13; John 3:3-21), God resides in that person through the Holy Spirit (1Cor. 3:16). The Holy Spirit has intellect (1Cor. 2:11), emotion (Rom. 15:30), and will (1Cor. 12:11).
A primary role of the Holy Spirit is that He bears "witness" of Jesus Christ (John 15:26, 16:14). He tells people's hearts about the truth of Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit also acts as a Christian's teacher (1Cor. 2:9-14). He reveals God's will and God's truth to a Christian.

Confidence is not something that can be learned like a set of rules; confidence is a state of mind. Positive thinking, practice, training, knowledge and talking to other people are all useful ways to help improve or boost your confidence levels.

This week I had a preliminary interview with CBN 700 club for my testimony. If you don't know who they are they are to Christians what BET is to black America. It's a Christian Global synducated tv channel.
They do a few stages of interviews to see if they will put your testimony on their TV network, I had my first interview ??.
I'm sharing this early because the interviewer asked me something that made me reach deep in purpose.
Also, Lately I've been watching teachings & interviews on Oprah Winfrey, more than usual. A particular interview helped me have an emotional aha moment. Please tune in tonight this will help everyone focus and walk into greater hights!

The God Squad shares the word of God with music in the style of rap worship. The are focused on exposing the devil and attempt to wake up individuals by revealing things not of God. They desire to show the Realness of God while offering inspiration and encouragement to others to get their lives in line with the Will and The Word of God.
It's not a surprise to be interviewing my wife but the timing of her interview is. God placed in my spirit it's time for my wife to share her story. If anybody knows my wife they know she is a person who plays the background she doesn't like to be on front street. But God knows the greatness in us and he knows who needs to hear our testimony of trials and triumphs.
Tiffany Foreman will go deep into her past and share some things she only has shared with a select few. She survived an abusive relationship in her younger years. Years later after breaking away from the abusive man, she found out he got married. While married he attempted to kill his wife and his children by stabbing them, then he proceeded to try and commit suicide by jumping off a bridge. The scriptural Hebrew word (which means 'so be it' or 'verily') is 'Amein' and not 'Amen'. Likewise, the Greek equivalent is also 'Amein'. The Egyptians had been worshipping Amen-Ra, the great sun-deity for more than one thousand years BC and before he was known as Amen-Ra, he was known simply as Amen.

Gifts of the Holy Spirit
12 Brothers and sisters, I want you to know about the gifts of the Holy Spirit. 2 You know that at one time you were unbelievers. God is Love: How does God Define Love?
The Bible tells us that "God is Love" (1 John 4:8). But how can we even begin to understand that truth? There are many passages in the Bible that give us God's definition of love. The most well known verse is John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." So one way God defines love is in the act of giving. However, what God gave (or should we say, "who" God gave) was not a mere gift-wrapped present; God sacrificed His only Son so that we, who put our faith in His Son, will not spend eternity separated from Him. This is an amazing love, because we are the ones who choose to reject God, yet it's God who mends the separation through His intense personal sacrifice, and all we have to do is accept His gift.

There is some controversy as to the precise nature of each of the gifts of the Spirit, but here is a list of spiritual gifts and their basic definitions.
The gift of wisdom seems to be the ability to make decisions and give guidance that is according to God's will. The gift of knowledge is the ability to have an in-depth understanding of a spiritual issue or situation. The gift of faith is being able to trust God and encourage others to trust God, no matter the circumstances. The gift of healing is the miraculous ability to use God's healing power to restore a person who is sick, injured, or suffering. The gift of miracles is being able to perform signs and wonders that give authenticity to God's Word and the Gospel message. The gift of prophecy is being able to proclaim a message from God. The gift of discerning spirits is the ability to determine whether or not a message, person, or event is truly from God. The gift of tongues is the ability to speak in a foreign language that you do not have knowledge of, in order to communicate with someone who speaks that language. The gift of interpreting tongues is the ability to translate the tongues speaking and communicate it back to others in your own language. The gift of administration is being able to keep things organized and in accordance with God's principles. The gift of helps is always having the desire and ability to help others, to do whatever it takes to get a task accomplished
There are many, many promises of God in Scripture. In each promise, God pledges that something will (or will not) be done or given or come to pass. These are not flippant, casual promises such as we often make; these promises of God are rock-solid, unequivocal commitments made by God Himself. Because God is faithful, the recipients of the divine promises can have full assurance that what God has pledged will indeed be realized (Numbers 23:19).
Linton began his musical career at an early age. He began playing the trumpet while in elementary school. As Linton moved through elementary school, the band director noticed Linton’s ability and began giving him lessons. His musical career continued into his high school days where he playied in the band .
In 1999 he began to play in church worship services and performed special songs on occasion. Linton’s freshman project Salt Of The Earth Inspiration Volume 1 was released in March 2002. In 2005, Smith released his sophomore CD project called Friend. In 2006 his wife released her debut CD Project, Night Song. Many more musical projects followed for them both.

Music has always been an important part of Dara Marie’s life.As a young child she went to a school concert and heard the flute for the first time. She was left with a feeling she would never forget. She knew from that point on that music would be a key part of her life. She has been playing the flute for over 30 years.
She attended Hofstra University, and received a Bachelor of Science in Music Education. She studied with renowned flutists, Patricia Spencer and Jan Vinci. Currently, Dara Marie holds two Master’s Degrees, in Elementary Education and Educational Administration. She recently received an Honorary Doctorate from Global Oved Dei Seminary and University.

Reginald Foreman a Chicago, native lived with several relatives during his youth between Alabama and Florida.
His mother was very unstable due to drug addiction and prostitution which led her to become very abusive. This unstable lifestyle led Reginald to get involved with gangs and engage in disruptive violent behavior.
At the age of 19, Reginald was incarcerated for Armed Bank Robbery which he served 4 1/2 years. Due to a oversight in the system he was released in 2001. 3 years later, in February of 2004 the oversight was caught which meant that Reginald had to return to prison to serve another 4 ½ years. He served a total of 8 ½ years total.
Reginald has published his first book LIVE DETERMINED "DON'T LET YOUR STRUGGLES BULLY YOUR DREAMS" 10 chapters of his testimony of how he overcame abuse, gangs, prison, suicide attempts, low self-esteem and much more. 1976 in Brooklyn, New York at Kings County Hospital. I now

fruit baskets of apples I went and graduated from
Kingsborough Community College and earned my Associates
degree in Arts and Sciences. My parents are Pastor Mary L.
Berrian and my late great departed father, Mr. Charlie
Berrian who made that transition on over into the spiritual
and afterlife world, wherefore I know that he is looking
down upon me with that heavenly smile. I am an author/poet
who has written 20 books. My first to be published, which is
