Most folks I listen to state being tired as a constant barrier to their health and happiness. But also, many of the people I hear from who are healthy and happy right now, say they're tired too So what gives? It looks like you have 2 choices, to be tired from overwhelm and feel great about what you're working toward. Or, feel tired from underwhelm, and feel crappy about what you're not working toward. Be true to yourself, love and respect your life. Put action to what your mind, body, hear, and spirit were made for! “Put your ass where your heart wants to be.” —Steven Pressfield
