The New Dundee Women's Institutes' digitization project has involved scanning, microfilming, and putting online all of the Tweedsmuir History books made in the Township of Wilmot; these include the Women's Institutes from New Dundee, Haysville, and New Hamburg. The Tweedsmuirs are a valuable historic source as they chronicle the people, places, and events that have occurred in the Township of Wilmot, through the use of photographs, short essays, pamphlets, and newspaper clippings. These books began being made by the Wilmot Women's Institutes in the mid 20th century, and the New Dundee Women's Institute continues to make them today.
