Ross Rambles is the 5-10 minute Podcast produced by Ross Garlick on topics he finds interesting, including sustainability, coffee, technology and investing, and life in Colombia. Hope you enjoy!
This is the most personal podcast I've done to date, but definitely worthy of recording and documenting. I've managed 6 employees (with KC) at Mesa Salvaje for 3 months now and it has been just as rewarding and revealing as I had ever hoped. In this episode I ramble on about the 5 things I've learned to date and things I hope to improve upon:
I recently listened to 2 podcasts on The Ezra Klein Show, one with David Wallace-Wells who laid out what our climate reality looks like, with a base case of global warming somewhere in between 2 degrees and 4 degrees by 2100, and the other with Rhiana Gunn-Wright, lead policy director for the Green New Deal. Both episodes left me feeling emotional, but with Gunn-Wright in charge of building a Green New Deal I feel a bit more positive about our capacity to at least try and address the crisis.
