This week, Jojo talks with Pastor and Writer Ben Bluemel about the Power of Faith for our physical and mental wellness. Harley Street consultant Natalie Braithwaite has teamed up with Ben to form ‘Body, a new category in Glorify, an app designed to help Christians strengthen their daily connection with God.
Glorify was launched by Ed Beccle and Henry Costa and received lots of high-profile funding from the likes of Michael Bublé and Kris Jenner. The team behind it understood the mass appeal of using technology to address the growing problem of anxiety and sleep, but believed there was room for something even more fulfilling from a Christian perspective. Knowing that many Christians had the desire to pray and create structure around their quiet time but often found themselves pressed for time or without the best resources at hand, they started Glorify, an app rooted in faith, to give Christians everywhere an easy path to creating a daily habit of connecting with God. Glorify was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in London, with offices around the globe.

This week Jojo chats with Manda, one of the UK's top laughter leaders, about why we need to laugh more for our physical and mental health. There are some great tips in terms of what you can do at home to get more laughter in your life. Laughter yoga boosts our immune system by decreasing stress hormones and increasing immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, which improves our resistance to disease. It helps to lowers stress, relieves pain and it gives your abs an amazing workout. Laughter also helps to protect our heart and lungs.
Manda has trained under the founder Dr Madan Kataria. She is one of UK’s most active and experienced Laughter Yoga Trainers. She lives in the internationally acclaimed community in the Highlands of Scotland called Findhorn and also loves to travel. Manda goes every winter to Thailand to lead trainings in laughter Yoga. She had been a teacher in schools for 20 years before taking up full time laughter work. She also runs a B&B in the Findhorn Community which comes in handy if she is running a residential two-day Laughter Leader course. Her training style is relaxed and she is known for her warmth and informal manner. She creates a ‘safe’ place for people to practice their newly learnt skills.

Pradeep Susarla is a spiritual life coach to leaders and influencers.
He has a different approach to self and spiritual development. He believes that nobody is broken or needs fixing. Everyone is perfectly whole, and just needs the insights that allow them to access that wholeness within them. He says:
'All the answers for your life are actually right in front of you. You just need to be in a position to access them. I don’t believe in changing you or your mindset, or even give you solutions for your life. Instead, I focus on giving you the perspectives that help you break away from fear, judgement and conditioning, and insights that take you to a consciousness where you are in sync with the Universe/The Divine. This is where transformation happens without you needing to try. This is where life becomes spiritual'

It's time for a mojo injection, jump in and feel lighter. This week, Jojo is talking freedom for sensitive souls and overthinkers with Laura Riley.
Laura has accumulated 23 years’ experience as a nurse within the NHS and in more recent years, has worked in a senior position within the NHS. This experience has allowed Laura to tune in intuitively to the full human experience and transfer these skills to her coaching practice. These many skills include leadership, compassion and understanding of people on a deeper level.
Laura is an accredited transformational life coach and meditation/breath work teacher.
She uses an intuitive, heart centred approach to her coaching style by tuning in to the needs of the person and/or group that she is working with.
By combining a mixture of deep intuition and intensive coaching techniques, Laura helps her clients to become more self-aware and empowered to act on the goals that they want to achieve in life. She believes the best results are achieved when in flow and not in resistance.
She is particularly drawn to helping individuals who are highly sensitive and experience anxiety on a regular basis, as she has drawn on her own experience of this.

This week, 'Scotland's Queen of Positivity', Jojo Fraser gives a raw and brutally honest account of living with, being diagnosed with and recovering from her first ever hypomanic and then manic episode. This episode is brutally honest and has been made to help those and the families and friends of those going through it. This episode features music by the incredible Elaine Lennon with her hit 'only love can break your heart'. This track helped Jojo when she felt lost and alone in hospital and provided her with lots of comfort. Jojo and Elaine spoke on the phone, whilst Jojo was in recovery.
Jojo coached Elaine on the run up to her Tedx talk which you can check out here - https://www.ted.com/talks/elaine_lennon_little_bird_little_sailor
Here is what Elaine had to say about working with Jojo -
'Jojo is so down to earth yet really energising and motivating - it’s like talking to one of your best buddies! She puts you at ease right from the start and is a total pro, listening closely to your needs and giving you exactly what you require to help you achieve your best! Her little gems of tips really helped me focus and hone in on the real message I wanted to deliver, all done in a really fun and positive way! The visualisation meditation she prepared for me was really helpful - it showed that Jojo really listened to the areas that had made me twitchy and built the visualisation around those points. It’s something I will listen to many times over the years.'
Jojo is back with a bang, albeit taking things slowly after a much needed digital detox and rest. Lots of stuff is going on with the virus we all fear but Jojo wants us to focus on the positive. Love, friendship and support. Say no to far too much bad press that is so negative. So no to bullies. Say no to people who are fake and play games. Say no to trolls and remember that hurt people, hurt people. Love must be at the centre. God is love.
What a podcast, I want to travel with my two amazing kids right now. Where should we go that is viral free? I have some ideas and some exciting news ahead. But first relax and enjoy all this free wisom. Sandy you are incredible. Thanks for the mojo injection you gave us all. Contact sandy at details below.

Could it be time to cut back or stop? As for society - this discussion proves we have a long way to go as a society. Check out Gemma @asobergemmadilemma on Instagram #sobermum
I recently had the pleasure of being a speaker coach for the incredible author and motivational speaker, Natalie Queiroz. Natalie was eight months pregnant when she was stabbed by her partner in the most vicious attack imaginable.
In the space of nine minutes, and in broad daylight, Natalie was stabbed twenty-four times with a carving knife. She suffered horrific wounds to her lungs, liver, stomach and uterus, whilst the knife missed her baby by a margin of two millimeters, before the arteries in her wrists were methodically severed by the hooded attacker she finally realised was her partner and the father of her unborn child.
She is still standing and stronger than ever, what an inspiring mojo injection this week. I hope it helps and gives you a mojo injection (stay tuned until the end to remember that there is hope and that faith is always stronger than fear).

Céline and Zeno are founders of the ili Laptop Stand, which was created when they spent several months working abroad. They were looking for a portable laptop stand that could not only bring the screen high enough but also close enough so they wouldn't hurt their backs and necks. Most importantly, they wanted it to be made of sustainable materials. From this, the first version of the ili Laptop Stand was born.
How do we live a more balanced life? Susan has worked within the fitness industry for 16 years, within large gyms and organisations, with individual clients and with small groups of clients. I love her attitude towards life and balance. It also got me thinking about childhood and where our passions come from. I am inspired yet again to get out and move more with my kids. It's never too late to make small changes but remember DON'T be so hard on yourself when the juggle of life gets on top of you.

Mojo injections all round in this amazing episode with Gary Young from The Mindful Enterprise. I am just coming to the end of an 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC), led by Gary and Craig Ali based on the work of international mindfulness teacher Rob Nairn.
By adopting a mindfulness practice, those on the course are expected to enhance every aspect of their wellbeing (physical, mental and emotional health).
