President Pete Buttigieg: a severe danger to religious liberty
Transcript:
Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. The openly gay mayor of South Bend, Indiana, 37-year-old Pete Buttigieg, is a rising star in the Democrat Party and a likely candidate for president. Already in some polls he has rocketed to third place. But don’t let his boyish good looks and charm deceive you. He is a fervent supporter of the Equality Act, or better, the “Homosexual Supremacy Act,” which will eviscerate the First Amendment. The Equality Act essential amends the Constitution by removing all religious exemptions to the granting of special rights and privileges to the sexually non-normative, including homosexuals and transgenders. Churches will be forced to hire homosexual choir directors and youth leaders, and open their bathrooms to anyone and everyone. Mayor Buttigieg wants to be our next president. If he succeeds, religious liberty will be a distant memory in America.
