Michael Rosen of Cones was kind enough to take time and talk with me about the Cones experience thus far, and how unique it is to create music professionally with his brother Jonathan Rosen. The Rosen brothers are incredible musicians and have been creating music since they were very young. They toured with rock bands as young adults and just 3 years ago they decided to start creating their own take on indie/psychedelic rock and it sounds incredible. They are releasing their first complete project this Friday, 9/17/19 at the Bootleg Theater, and I hope to see many of you there! Jamieson is an up and coming graphic designer. Jamieson truly is a utility belt and at this point you are lucky to have worked with him, but you don't have to as lucky to have talked with him. He responds to all his DMs and is always open to giving young artists advice, because he knows he could have benefited from having a mentor. Jamieson spent most of his youth pursuing music, and when music reached a dead end he had art to fall on. He created all his artwork and visuals for his music campaign, which started to catch the eyes of many people. Eventually he was getting paid more money to help people with their visual content than he was by making music. I believe he is a great success story because he did not need to lose a limb, a family member, nor did he have to grow up in a less fortunate neighborhood to understand the importance of hustling while you are young. Lazy Fox and I met freshman year of college in 2019. I bring him on to break down his latest EP, "The Sick Cig Six" as well as talk about his college experience at Cal State Dominguez, and how he managed to release an album from his dorm. We talk further in depth about his college experience, coming of age, depression, what it means to be a creator, and most importantly what each song on the EP means to him. Heaven and I breakdown his latest EP song by song. Hearing him explain the late nights, the funny moments, the romance and lust that all went into this project was amazing. Mar is one of the few people I can call a mentor on social media. Hunter McManus has put everything else aside and devotes all his time into learning the FOREX market so he can gain wealth and retire his hardworking parents and start a foundation to help special need children. Hunter does this day in and day out with the help of many mentors that Hunter is very close to and a solid morning routine. Hunter and I played AYSO together back when we were in elementary school. Hunter and I ended up meeting and playing in the finals of our under 10 age group. My father coaching my team and his father coaching his team. My team ended up winning after the craziest game a 10 year old can ever imagine. Months later my father ran into some health issues with his heart and became very ill. One of the first people to contact my dad in the hospital was Hunter's dad. After learning that the McManus family kept my dad in their prayers even after such a highly competitive game and season was astounding to me. We talk about numerology, books, influencers, how his dad is doing, and what he plans on doing after reaping the benefits of become a subconscious genius on the FOREX market. Thomas, a good friend of mine, sat down with me and really explained what forex trading was. He is scraping the surface of success with forex and hopes to teach others everything he has learned along the journey so far. We talk about how forex got into his life, why education needs to change, and how much money someone can really make from becoming even a novice trader.
