Alice Barber is a licensed mental health counselor with a 25-year specialty in treating young children who have experienced significant trauma. She currently works as an outpatient therapist at ServiceNet in Northampton, a clinical supervisor for BRYT (Bridge for Resilient Youth in Transition) a program of The Brookline Center for a Community Mental Health, and also has a private practice in Easthampton where she treats adults and children. She is the author of Blue Butterfly Open: Moments From a Child Psychotherapy Practice (Gallery of Readers Press, 2016).
