Truly a firm believer that every human on this earth deserves a therapist.
Therapy is much more than ranting about your issues to a paid professional. Therapy is everywhere you go & what works for some may not be for you. In my 7 years of Therapy I have grown so much and learned to manage my own emotions. Whether it is a good point in life or the lowest low, therapy is so freaking cool!
