On today's podcast episode, Tijana discusses: 1. Checking ourselves in terms of the things we say and do. Is it habitual or does it have meaning? 2. Checking ourselves in terms of who’s ideas we are listening to. Are they our own or are we giving credit to “They” ?? In other words, the “They say” comments. Who are they? What serves me? 3. Giving ourselves permission to feel and question those feelings. Regardless of what those feelings are. No matter what someone else may feel or “they” think we should feel, we need to sit with what we feel.\ 4.Instead of judging others, where they are, or what they are doing, and even taking time out of my day to talk about them and their lives, how can I improve my own? How can I continue to grow? Again, channel that energy in a healthy way.

If you haven't done so already, please join the Free December 30-day Mastermind Challenge! It's a great way to meet like-minded people, who will hold you accountable and help you reach your goals.  In this episode, we discuss capacity. Capacity: The maximum amount that something can contain. 1. Self: When there is too much on my plate, what can be outsourced? How can I restructure my needs, so that I only have a few priorities and my plate doesn't feel as full? When we feel better about what's on our plate, we can vibrate higher, and manifest the life that we desire. 2. Are you in a relationship or situationship? Are you two helping each other? Self-care and Self-Love is about making sure your needs are met. Why carry dead weight?  3. Capacity with friends involves having a friend-circle with others who understand what it means to have a capacity. 4. Capacity with kids means incorporating your needs into the "Activity" schedule, so that your kids can actually see you fulfilled, happy, and not at capacity.  5. Capacity with self also means that you evaluate how you are doing with your days to ensure that you are not at capacity.

In today’s episode, Tijana talks about four major points: 1. Organizing our day to day thoughts. 2. Deciding that we are going to do something about our emotions:          A. Write forgiveness letters.          B. Communicate our feelings to the people who are in our lives on               a day to day.          C. Find a therapist who can help us with our emotions as we                          reflect on our forgiveness letters. 3. Designating a specific time to focus on our day to day tasks. 4. Allowing ourselves to grieve by writing letters, talking about our loss, and finding ways to honor those we’ve lost. Remembering that we do not need to dismiss what is in our mind, but changing how we think about our thoughts is key. We also don’t need to do this alone.   Here are the links to the sites and books referenced in today’s episode: www.thethoughtsthatbind.com and www.amazingmovement.com Boundaries by Henry Cloud: Boundaries Updated and Expanded Edition: When to Say Yes, How to Say No To Take Control of Your Life
