Host MyWayKay chimes in on today's trending topic: Should Kanye West Have Won "Gospel Artist of The Year" award at American Music Awards against familiar recording artists like Kirk Franklin, Tasha Cobbs, Koryn Hawthorne, just to name a few?
The internet is going crazy, basically saying Kanye is not a "Real Gospel Artist" and that there are other "real" gospel artists who should have won the award like Maverick City Music who recently won two of the 52nd Dove Awards including a Stellar Award.
MyWayKay doesn't hold back but she provides supporting details that back up why the Billionaire should have won using the story of King David from the bible as a reference to the underdogs coming out on top.
This is a very healthy conversation for those who are open to a Christian, biblical, and honest conversation about today's cancel culture and how society overlooks their sinful behavior and judges, plus stones celebrities for their mistakes as if they are not real people.
