At face value we seem to be more connected than ever, but are we really? In week 3 of the Over It series, we'll look at Connection Over Confinement. Come and see how God's intended connections help us fulfill the Greatest Commandment. Hope to see you there!

Don't miss this encouraging message as Pastor Chris kicks off the series.
On this 4th of July, we will also be celebrating communion, so we hope to see you at one of our locations. We give thanks for our country and our freedom, and we stand in awe of the freedom Jesus purchased for us. Hope to see you this Sunday, Evangel Family!

This week, we'll hear about Valuing People as we seek to LIVE on Mission. Before we can really do this, we need a revelation of the value that the Father has placed on us. Once we grasp His amazing love for us, we can't help but extend the same to those around us.
We will also recognize all the Dads this Sunday, and some special giveaways are planned for both services in both locations. Bring Dad along with you this week for a powerful message, and a chance to show him some love and appreciation!

As humans, we know that our worth doesn't go that far. However, God sees so much more in each one of us than we would ever see in ourselves. What happens when we begin to lean into the change, and let God use these kairos moments to bring us to the next level in our walk with Him?

In the conclusion of our awesome series, Moving Mountains, Pastor Chris walks us through what happens at the end of our seasons of prayer and seeking, and what we should fix our eyes on next. We're praising God for the incredible work and the freedom and wisdom He has brought through these messages, and we're praying that they speak to your heart as well! Let us know in the comments below what you took away from the sermon!

Thank you for joining us this week! As we move forward in our series, Pastor Chris tackles the idea of valleys and trials in our prayer lives, and how we need to focus on the "WHO" instead of the "WHY." We hope you enjoy!

Thank you for joining us this week!
We're so excited to begin our new series called, Moving Mountains! Our main focus will be on prayer, and what it means to develop a faith-filled prayer life. In our first week, Pastor Chris talks about the importance of what our faith is rooted in, and about prayer being our first response instead of our last resort. We hope you enjoy, and we'll see you next week!

God so yearns for us to cast our burdens upon him, like that of a parent allaying his own child's burdens. A loving, nurturing father will intervene upon hearing his child's calls of distress. God, in receiving Him as our Heavenly Father, instills in us hope and security in Him; that we might cry out "Abba Father."
On the day of Pentecost a small group of believers sat in the upper room waiting for the promise of Jesus, the gift of the Holy Spirit. On that day, when the Spirit was poured on the church, the disciples were CHANGED. They were filled with the power of God and were sent on a mission to be His witnesses in the whole earth in power. They literally became the “church that CHANGED the world.” Now, two thousand years later, we exist because of that commitment.

To know that Jesus is our Lord and Savior, to love and obey Him, and to lead others to Jesus is to know God’s will for our life. We must stop defining what our relationship with God looks like but allow God’s word to shape our relationship. In doing so, we are able to proudly proclaim the Good News of Jesus and preach the word to others so that they can also experience eternal love and hope.

Jesus prayed that we, as a body, would become united and inform the world of the Gospel. We can grow as a community by sharing a common purpose, place and possessions. It is through this connectedness that we can become the church that changed the world.

If Jesus never rose from the dead - our past would define us, our present would confine us and our future would scare us. By the grace of God, Jesus is alive and risen. Our past is now forgiven, our present is now free and our future is now secure.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by the many demands of life and feel uncertain about what God is doing, you are not alone. The Bible is full of stories of people who found themselves in that same place. God often used a "Season of Stillness" to speak to His people and set them on the right path.

In this series, we will explore our vision as a church and what it means to live the "CHANGED" life. Everyday, God desires to change us from who we were to who He has created us to be.
