Mareena's deep connection with electronic music began in her early teenage years in East Germany, where she experienced the quaking rise of techno. She has earned a long-standing residency (since 2012) in the techno institution Tresor and her ability to include hard and elegant elements into her vinyl-oriented sets has led her to play at renowned clubs across the globe. Sun People is merging Footwork, Jungle, and Techno influences into a unique and distinctive sound that led to releases on renowned labels like Exit, Defrostatica, Rua Sound or Candy Mountain. Tresor Resident LNS started out organizing warehouse parties in Vancouver, Canada. Since residing in Berlin her style of classic techno, house, electro and braindance can easily be identified in her studio productions and DJ sets. Her collaborations with DJ Sotofett are regularly released on Tresor Records and WANIA, while her solo productions and remixes have been released by Counter 99, Emotional Response, Freakout Cult, Sex Tags Ufo and DFA. Reeko, also known as Architectural, started DJing in the late 90s and producing in the early 2000s, and he has released countless timeless records since. He founded the labels Mental Disorder and Evidence and was part of the PoleGroup collective for a decade. Collaborations with Surgeon, Oscar Mulero and Exium, as well as releases on many legendary labels, are part of his discography.
