From the perspective of a real estate finding a ready and willing buyer, to the perspective of the person buying a home making sure you are working with the right people and understanding the responsibility of purchasing a home is very important. In this episode I discuss how to go about making sure you’re working with the right people and my perspective on failing in real estate and how to prevent it on both ends of the deal.

Here is my story on mental health. I talk about my experience with therapy and medication and some lessons I’ve learned throughout my life. I hope you were able to take some thing away from this and grow.
This is my last semester at SUNY Plattsburgh and I will be graduating with a degree in marketing and entrepreneurship. In December 2020 I’ll be 21 years old, a college graduate, and a licensed real estate agent. In this podcast I talked about all of the classes I’m going to be taking this semester, I’m super excited to take all that I have learned in school and use it in my career. This semester being my last I was able to sign up for electives that translate directly to my future so I could not be more excited!
In this episode I’m telling you the story of how I went about closing on my first sale in real estate. I also talk about the process of working with clients and going through with a sale. I’ve grown so much from this experience and I’m so excited to continue this journey.
