The Sociology of Ed Pod is an education podcast that supplements other types of online learning for University of Wollongong students during COVID-19. It's part of the School of Education subject EDFE401 - Educational Foundations: Sociology and Cultural Studies of Education. In each episode Ken and Kenton look at a new aspect of the Sociology of Education, particularly as they relate to teacher education for primary teachers in the Australian state of New South Wales. The pod has three segments in each episode: Concept Corner, Insights and The Quiz.
