This session will continue with suppositions 11-21 of how polygyny is re-imagined in Hebrew modernity. These suppositions appeal to emotion (fear, shame, flattery,ridicule, spite, pity or wishful thinking) and suggest that it is actually selfless and for the benefit of the woman ("Baby I am doing this for you")
