After spending half my life behind bars, and now being out for so many years not looking back on that life. Hoping this podcast can keep other from making those mistakes.
In this episode Kristie talks about overcoming abuse from her ex-husband, and ex-boyfriend. She talked about how to get help, and who she reached out to. It was a very stressful time, and very hard to shake it off.
