De-centering men from women’s lives is a hot topic right now. And there’s a lot to this.
I watched some YouTube videos to see what the common rhetoric is about this, and then I decided to call this podcast the “advanced energetics version!”
I read energetics and I help to re-map feminine and masculine (one could say “recalibrate”) on all levels - from human relations to the actual energetics behind systems or behaviors.

What does it mean to partner with the Earth in sacred service?
In this episode, I’m honored to welcome Cynthia Jurs—activist, teacher, and wisdom keeper of the Earth Treasure Vase practice. Her journey is one of deep listening, devotion, and global healing. From her early mentorship with Thich Nhat Hanh to a fateful meeting in a cave in Nepal, Cynthia was called to carry forward a Tibetan Buddhist practice of planting consecrated vases into the Earth to aid in planetary healing.

Daniel Wicker is a myofascial and craniosacral therapist with 12 years of experience in advanced fascial and somatic therapies.
Having grown up with a large osteochondroma, a benign bone tumor, in his left arm propelled him towards the healing arts, spiritual and body based movement and cultivation practices. The experience with the tumor placed a large focus on body awareness and corrective manual therapies as he tried to reclaim the distorted adaptive patterns his body had maintained.
The path of working with bodies over the last decade eventually revealed the deeper aspects of somatic emotional release work, as he recovered the traumatic memories lodged in his own tissue and began seeing the same releases occur through work with clients.

Women's ways of knowing are much different than masculine ways of knowing. For a long time, women have felt the truth of their knowing but for plenty of reasons, have deferred to masculine ways of knowing.
This is not the energetic of the future.

Women often want men to show that they are safe by expressing emotions. I actually don't think that a man's capacity to express his emotions is as important as it's made out to be, and actually, asking him to repeatedly express his emotions may be limiting both his capacity to be the man he truly is, and the capacity of your relationship. Just this week, I've had multiple calls with women who are realizing how their PROJECTIONS of their idealized masculine have to do with their projections of trauma associated with men.

Today's guest is Natalie Kuhn from The Class by Taryn Toomey. Natalie is my favorite class instructor (it's true) in this gorgeous technique, infusing a heap of self-reflective material into this movement practice.
Natalie is dedicated to using movement and breath to create a stronger, clearer connection to self. Raised by an ex-nun and a doctor, Natalie found ways to use the physical body to experience spirituality and use spirituality to live more freely in the body. She graduated from NYU with a BFA in theater, travelled the world as a performer for the likes of David Byrne and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs before meeting Taryn in 2013. It was then, just before The Class was even given a name, she dedicated herself to this method and discovered that it was and continues to be her vocation. She hopes that students leave her Class feeling more alive, more connected to themselves, and therefore, to the greater world around them.

I want to go beyond the typical "boundaries" conversation and really talk about cultivating energetic sovereignty - which is much more authentic and long-lasting than setting a boundary.
Boundaries, as often talked about in our culture, can be related to defensiveness. People set boundaries because someone else did something first. This is actually reactive and only effective in the short term.
Cultivating the energy field and the "Big S" sense of Self, in combination with your quest for your inner truth and alignment with the Divine, will naturally give you an energetic sovereignty.
You do not need to defend yourself, your worth, your value, or the truth of who you are with standard "boundaries." Rather, you need to cultivate clarity, and the boundaries take care of themselves.

In this deep soul share, I start by sharing with you the name that Spirit gave me for my first child. That name was faith, and after I lost that child to adoption, I also lost faith in my own relationship to Creator.

Recently, I went on a man cleanse. I mean no disrespect to men with this term. What was I up to? I wanted to get to the bottom of my tendency to analyze men, and I wanted to clear up energetic entanglements of projection energy (mine & theirs).
I wanted a clean slate. I wanted the King, the Sacred Masculine.
And I found him - The King. Not in human form, though a massive Sacred Remembering & return of a soul fragment from a former love helped to activate this deep remembrance. And so I share, here, the process, because this is how I roll. The discoveries I made in this man cleanse phase of life have been life changing.
We are entering a new consciousness as women where the masculine is concerned. To clear our projections of the masculine, in conjunction with real trauma healing, will lead us on this path to a true & devotional love relationship with the King. The Divine Masculine. The Christos. Whatever you call Him.

On an awakening path, it's very common for women to get looped into doing perpetual trauma-healing work. There is a KEY choice point in healing, which is the conscious decision to choose to align to TRUTH rather than identify with trauma.
