Well I missed out on posting the podcast so I just did it. Now for another post! After the season opener the Owls pull a nail bitter off against rival Gastonia Grizzlies, winning in the 9th inning on a walk off hit by Kyle Hendrich. And if you missed the game, you missed out on a super game. The Owls play the Grizzlies again tonight in Gastonia. If you can make it, try to go. Its sure to be another great game.Just because I am not ready to quit talking, I want to add a personal note. I was not sure how I would handle the game last night, and everything went very well. I was diagnosed a couple months back with MS, and I am really still getting used to it. I take my meds every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, in the evening, and worried I may have a reaction, especially since I took right before the game. But, no major reactions, and I had a great time at the game. Can't wait till Friday!
