What does the Bible actually say about demons, spiritual warfare, and the authority of Jesus?
In Mark 5:1-20, Jesus crosses through a storm and comes face-to-face with a man tormented by a legion of demons. What happens next proves that no darkness, bondage, or spiritual force is greater than King Jesus.
But this story isn’t only about a demon-possessed man. It’s about what happens when the Kingdom of God confronts the things that have kept us bound. Sometimes freedom costs us something. Sometimes following Jesus means letting go of the things we’d rather He leave alone. And sometimes the greatest testimony of what Jesus has done is simply staying where we are and living free.
The forces of hell still bow to the King. The same Jesus who delivered this man is alive and well today—and there’s not a storm big enough to stop Him from getting to you.

What do you do when life falls apart overnight?
One phone call. One doctor’s report. One unexpected bill. Suddenly, you’re in a storm you never saw coming.
In Mark 4:35-41, Jesus leads His disciples straight into a violent storm—not because they disobeyed Him, but because they did exactly what He told them to do. That’s an important reminder: following Jesus doesn’t exempt us from storms, but it does change who is in the boat with us.

Everybody loves the idea that Jesus meets us where we are.
The harder question is: what happens when He calls us somewhere new?
In Mark 3, Jesus leaves the crowds behind, climbs a mountain, and calls a handful of ordinary people to come closer. They could have stayed comfortable. They could have stayed hidden in the crowd. Instead, they responded to the call—and it changed everything.
This message is for anyone who feels spiritually stuck, distracted, comfortable, or distant from God. Maybe Jesus hasn’t stopped speaking. Maybe He’s still saying the same thing He said to the disciples:
“Come closer.”
The crowd got the miracle.
The disciples got Jesus.
The question is: which one are you pursuing?
In Mark 3, Jesus heals a man with a shriveled hand…but the real miracle may not be what happened to the man’s hand. It’s what the story reveals about the human heart.
While one man stretched out the broken thing and found healing, a group of religious leaders hardened their hearts and walked away even further from God. This message explores the danger of criticism, cynicism, and religion without compassion—and the good news that even hardened hearts can still be healed.
Don’t let someone with a shriveled heart pull you away from the heart of Jesus. Stretch it out to Him and let Him do what only He can do.
Sometimes we look back on our past like it was better than it really was. But the comfort you’re craving might be the very thing that once kept you chained. In Numbers 11, Israel longed for Egypt’s food and forgot Egypt’s bondage. The Mantle Is Waiting

What does it take to carry the mantle God has placed in front of you?

We all go through life at times feeling like we don’t know what we are doing. In this message we find out that by following Jesus, we know THE WAY even when we don’t know the way.
Sunday was Mother’s Day, and God had a special message to all the moms and women at RedLife Church.
Throughout the Bible God has always called people to a specific PLACE where He wanted to meet with them. This Sunday we talk about the vision for what we are believing God to do in our place.
In Wild Beasts pt 4, Paul meets with his friends in Ephesus one last time, before he moves on to his final assignment.
In Wild Beasts pt 3, we see where 2 things stirred up trouble in Ephesus that led to a riot, and Paul ending his time there. Along the way we see that every fight can’t be MY FIGHT.
Why “normal” is ok and supernatural isn’t always unusual…
…In Wild Beasts pt 2, we look at the unusual things God did through Paul’s work in Ephesus and discover that “unusual” and “extreme” isn’t actually the goal. What we need to be is EFFECTUAL.
Battles are a part of life and for followers of Jesus we WIN. But just because we win doesn’t mean we don’t feel the miles from the fight. In part 1 of this message series we see from Paul’s time in Ephesus how God prepared him to fight those “WILD BEASTS”.
The cross of Jesus did more than simply pay the penalty for sins…It also showed the brilliant love of the Father for us. This Easter we looked at THE 2 SIDES OF THE CROSS.
In part 4 of The Unknown God series we look at Paul’s closing words to the Athenian Council in Acts 17. We wee that they are forced to the same place that we still are every Easter.
