Sadly, and tragically, our colleagues from underserved minority groups and in particular the Black community have never had access to the range of opportunities afforded to other communities in our country. Fordham University is partnering with VitalCheck, a screening program, to perform health screening of all employees returning to campus, as required by the New York State Reopening Guidelines. The screening process is being implemented to ensure that employees are free of COVID-19 symptoms before returning to campus and to minimize the risk of transmission of the virus.
