My week was painful because of this Menstrual situation and the fall. I had 3 events to attend during the weekend and I made sure that my body was in the room. Grateful for the ability to be alive and kicking life's butt.

This week I decided to start back my healthy journey. I went grocery shopping, I was meal prepping for next week and most of I was happy doing it. When you place a frog in a pot of hot water he will automatically jump out, now if you place that same frog in cold water and add heat gradually it will stay until it dies. The same goes for toxic people/relationships.
I had to distance myself from people who would loudly embrace me but silently try to compete against me...
see during your lifetime you will meet a lot of people that act like they want to see you win, but in reality, every time you move up a level in life it upsets them. I've never been the type who secretly wants to do better than the people I love ...your level up is my inspiration ...I want all of us to WIN! But in life, you have to learn that everyone doesn't have the same mindset or heart as you. Sometimes you gotta let some people go and wish them the best even when they wish you the worst . It is what it is.
We all have friend who try to convince us that they love us more then someone else. In this episode, I discuss some of the situations that I have encountered in the past with unhealthy friendships/relationships. I believe we all should take inventory of the people we have in our lives and what they bring to the table.
