WellBound is a fitness facility geared towards baby boomers and individuals with special health considerations. Our goal is to give you information about exercise and your health so that you have the information you need to live your best life. We'll also be giving updates on what's going on here at our facility too!
Hello Walking with WellBound! This week I'm talking all about new goals. Right now I needed some new motivation and new goals sounded like the perfect way to hopefully put some pep in my step! I help break down what a SMART goal looks like and the different parts that are included in order to make an achievable goal. Let me know what your thoughts are and what your goals might be for this month! During this episode I want to bring you the insights to how we can remain social and also obey social distancing during this unique time. As we're all trying to find a new normal and keep the normal we had it can be really hard, especially when so much of our social life has come to a 6 feet away protocol. I interviewed a dear friend to me who is a counselor in Denver, Colorado as well as did some of my own research into the topic of socializing and exercise. Finally, an exciting proposition for some extra socialization here at WellBound! I hope you all enjoy this and please let me know your thoughts!
