God's people have enemies that seek to destroy them. We can have courage and hope though, for God will protect His people and overcome His enemies.

God’s love is generous and transformative. We must receive His love before we are transformed by it.
There are many False Spirits that are in the world. We must know and hold fast to the truth about Christ to discern Spiritual truth from error.
Love is the evidence and essence of the Christian Faith. We showcase this love by laying our lives down for others.

The Psalm of the Prodigal Prophet Jonah 2:1-10 and Matthew 12:41 ESV Our Heavenly Father is a God of second chances.
God is Sovereign in showing His grace and discipline. We should find joy in His Sovereign plan.
All of us have rebelled like Jonah and are in need of the grace of God to rescue us. It's not just that Jonah didn't obey, it's also becasue his heart even in his obedience wasn't the heart of God. We uniquely see the Parable of the Prodigal Son in Jonah (both the younger and older son appear in Jonah--Younger in Chapter1 and Older in Chapter 3-4). Shows us in running away and obeying we can fail to share God's heart.
God has graced us with mothers to help nurture and support us to maturity in Christ. We ought to encourage and celebrate them.
Matthew 7:24 ESV Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock.

The Golden Rule Matthew 7:12 (ESV) “So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets."
Our condemning judgments blind and return upon us. We must wrestle with our own brokenness before we step in to help another.
Prayer is the incredible privilege that our Heavenly Father has given us to enter into His Holy presence.
1 Peter 3:15-16 (ESV) but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect, 16 having a good conscience, so that, when you are slandered, those who revile your good behavior in Christ may be put to shame. Big Idea: God blesses us by bringing us into His story. We bless others through telling our story of God’s grace to and through us.
You call me Teacher and Lord, and you are right, for so I am. If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. For I have given you an example, that you also should do just as I have done to you. John 13:13-15 ESV
