From childhood to being an adult, people I met along the way, who made an impact and helped shape me into who and what I am today.
In my case the nationalities in question are French-American-Hungarian, but they are merely placeholders. That mixture of experience and loss, of instantly belonging yet also being (the) alien is universal no matter which nationalities you have.
Spending 2020 in Finland when you wanted to travel and visit friends can be Heaven or it can be Hell. Let’s see how this pans out.
