This podcast is about the trials of the holocaust. A tragedy in which we found that monsters can hide in human beings. We cover everything from Hitler’s final solution to the Jews quest to find happiness in the midst of all the fatalities. We also slightly cover how the result of that event has shaped our modern day society
By studying immigration to the United States, children learn about the various reasons individuals emigrate, such as war and starvation; how views toward immigration have evolved and remained the same; the significance of immigrants in our history; and the rights and duties of all Americans. Learning about immigrants who have made major contributions to America broadens and deepens students' knowledge of the American experience. A study of immigration in US history courses also gives a chance for students of all backgrounds to feel appreciated, as well as for instructors to assist students in embracing the possibilities that come with living in a varied population.
